no corruption proven so far. allegations have been made, admitted. been a LOT of allegations made going both directions. there is question about the origins of contents. once it leaves his hands, how do you know how the contents got there? this is why "chain of custody" is so critical in criminal trials, drug testing etc. if there is a break in the chain...anyone that knows how to log into a computer could put anything they like into it. fake e-mails, child porn, letters to "lovers", anything. i don't know if the FBI (or anyone) can definitively prove provenance/authorship. but you go right ahead & assume what you like, no sense waiting for investigators to do their jobs.

A subpoena? That's cute. But it's not gonna happen. If you haven't noticed Barr is starting to put some distance between himself and tRump. He's got a reputation to repair. my bet would be Barr will be looking at a subpoena long before Biden.

And even if somebody was to produce a subpoena who says President Biden has to answer it? You forgot! Past this point were playing a new game new rules! tRump rules!
