Truecannablis Ive grown the Suicide and Brightside Cheese they both look very similar but the Brightside is a lot lot better, the suicide just dosnt have the strength or half the smell of the Brightside Cheese. The suicide Cheese is still knocking about but every person who has said they have the Brighside cutting and passed it on has not been the right one. Everybody claims to have it or know somebody that has it but Ive yet to see it for a few years after everybody seem to lose it at once. Theres no mistaking the proper one as its the strongest stone and the smelliest plant Ive ever smelled by far. I grew the suicide cutting once and binned it.

Have received a popular super lemon haze cut that outyields anything i've had. confirmed by a few people as well

If its the one circulating round London, i just cut that at 8 weeks and the nugs were like rocks... super dense and good weight considering I cut at least a week early! PM issues led to early cull! Super strong also and leans more to Lemon skunk than haze

Hemperor I'm sure the Brightside cutting is still out there seems to be more confusion over it than nearly any other strain, so many claim to have the original its untrue. I'm sure a lot to this day will say the Brighside isn't the original. In the end I assume the Brightside to be the original as it was the smelliest plant I've ever had and actually smelled like parmasan cheese when dried stone was strong and paranoia inducing. Can see where suicide cheese was named but its definitely not the Brightside cutting although its a really old cutting that looks almost the same its not got the smell or strength probably more of an average version instead of the stand out brightside cheese. I've grown out a lot of Cheeses all reckoned to be the original and not one has been the original Brightside, a lot on icmag seemed to let it go at the same time. Obviously just becaue I've not come across it since doesn't mean its not out there I've no doubt it is. One thing I have learned is not to argue when somebody says they have the original whole threads have gone down that road.
Not being arrogant just constructive and helpful, if you have info on whether the original is still about it would be good to hear, not just myself but I'm sure a good few others would like to see it back on the go, it started off a craze and must be knocking on 30 years old by now so its worth trying to find.
The Psychosis was another nice strain preferable to many as the smell wasnt as much of a threat and it yielded more and had a more positive stone, I know thats defo still going as people on here are still growing it along with the Psychoberry and Psycho Diesel. Nelly cheese which is Cheese x nl is still going as is the suicide cheese as well. Still not seen any Brightside grows for a good while though about a year or so ago it appeared to back but it turned out to be a cross/back cross. Personally I've now given up searching for it got new projects on the go. If people do have the original all I can say is look after it theres not many cuttings that old still going. Imagine the trouble the Americans would have trying to find who has the original OG. Glad youve got the Livers Hemporer thats another strain that you don't see often.

thats fair enough mate when i grew both the suicide and brightside together i did choose the suicide but i hear wot your saying so there could be a chance maybe the brighteside cut i grew was a fake? who knows but yep deff one ill look out for, for sure! btw the meanie thread was closed cuz you and spg openly talked about trading which is why you both got banned, nothing to do with arguing, lesson learned. our old friend E rick is back around so shouldnt be too long before his cuts floating back around, so im told.
Hi Hemp, when you grew them side by side, for what reason did you prefer the suicide cut? I understand it yields more but were there any other reasons?

Yep thats what I was hoping i noticed english rick say hello he did say his mate still has it. yes piff they did yield better but only by a little but for me it was easier to grow, didnt need half the support, i remember coming to the tent one morning, mid bloom and all the brightside branches were all on the floor branches like rubber, bud size and density pretty much the same but shorter nodes on the suicide which led them to yield better so mainly thats my reasoning but hey im no cheese expert, im a northerner and bluesy shit i know everything about so im open to the fact that if chemj says brightside is the better real deal ill take is word for it or atleast till i grow the real, if i aint already.anyway that aside yep lets ditch the neg vibes and keep it real.
same with spg i do like you fella i sometimes wind you up but its all in good humour but if your not impressed i will leave it out sorry fella....

I wouldnt take it any less than 9 weeks.. I have it in veg now and it looks majorly sativa dominant but it is circulating the capital so could be the same.. has long thin sativa leaves and stretches a lot.. also a good sign is she's a stinker in veg.. that's how u know it's gonna be a good plant already!
