So you did 15 days already? I think there is a little more to this story, like priors or other substances. A dui is not normally something that they keep you in the pen for, unless its you 2nd or 3rd.

Time served, with a year probation... most likely. You may even get lucky and just get time served with some fines, then get your license back in a year... but I doubt that, because of the DUI they'll make it a slightly bigger deal than it is, but fuck, cannabis is legal. You were found in the car... not driving? Most states that's auto-DUI if booze is involved...

If they try to fuck with you, tell your lawyer fuck that, make them prove I was driving while stoned.

Speaking of, your lawyer. Your lawyer should've already told you everything that's going to happen, if your fate is going to be decided this week. Are you sure this didn't JUST happen and your court date is just a "formality" hearing? Have you even spoken with your lawyer?

Long story short, chill man, chill. You'll be fine. Luckily you live in the right state. I'm in WA, and in my county these things have been brought down to the very lowest priority. Even bogus canna-DUI's are beaten regularly. Do some googling... obviously CO is different than WA, but you'll find a lot of suit about people beating canna-DUI's...

I got a DUI a couple years age was a friends bach party... thought it was end of world... grandma took me to work for a couple months and I rode my 4wheeler around the rest of the time... wasnt too bad, learned my lesson and now I dont drink much but smoke too much... moral of story dont drink.... cannabis is where its at

Yup, drug tests plus community service, so no smoking, which sucks, but I have until March to smoke as much as I can.

It's really gonna suck not smoking for a year, but maybe it'll give me a new perspective on things.

I'm actually not sure on the no smoking thing, too. My attorney said she could try to work on something where I could medicate (Osteoarthrits).

It's a big weight off my chest and now I can get back to truly enjoying life instead of worrying...still planning on seeing Slipknot and Lamb of God tour called Summers Last Stand this summer, too, so all is not lost Last time I had a VIP ticket to the 11/11 Korn/Slipknot show in Denver and missed it cuz I was in jail...D'oh!!

I have been so stoned and never had any issues with the piggies ..not once, all they ask about is booze....but I don't pass out with random bags of weed laying about....glad it worked out for ya...1 year probation aint too bad...they just want your money...lesson learned I hope...
