OK..here is my bit of advise.

If you have been trimming all night, don't go for a drive.... Odds are you stink of high heaven, and you will probably get busted. Hell, just driving by a cop with the window open has gotten a friend busted...and they were just smoking a j...and it was smoked and gone by the time they got pulled over.

When my trimmers arrive, they have a change of clothes, and they shower before they leave....I don't need people leaving my place reeking of herb. 1 Beer at lunch is the max booze allowed...I'm not a total dick I supply the beer and food.

Personally, if it was fresh I'd tell em I found it growing somewhere and being a heavy smoker , I cut it down for my own use. Never grew it or bought it.

I have a pretty good vibe about it and the attorney told me both offenses were the lowest, so, I'm thinking some of you are right....but damn, probation for a long time I'm guessing.

what if drug screenings are a part of the probation? I wouldn't be able to handle it, I smoke every day, all day. I'd rather do community service. Or jail time. No, jail sucks ass hard. Fuck that.
Hops man you'll be okay...just dress nice, and have your lawyer talk with the DA about pleas etc. It's probably like 3 ounces now anyway.

I did something like that before when I was 21, but I didn't have grass clippings or a dead body in the trunk.

Having said that, if you're record is clean, or even if you've had 7 drug felonies, but have a good lawyer, there's hope. probation...probation...probation It's just going to cost you a few grand.
