The U.S. Supreme Court cast doubt on President Joe Biden’s push to vaccinate millions of workers amid a Covid-19 surge, questioning whether the Occupational Safety and Health Administration had authority to require that 80 million workers get shots or regular tests.
In a special argument session Friday, the court’s conservative justices voiced skepticism about the rule, which business groups and Republican-led states say exceeds the workplace-safety agency’s authority.

It’s not just here …the entire world seems to be idiotic.. i’ve been vaccinated three times & whether it helped me or not I don’t know ,whether or not it was the right thing to do , don’t know , have I manage to avoid getting sick with COVID 
while many others around me have not ,, the answers yes…Could be a coincidence but I’m of the mind it’s better to be safe than sorry

The unvaccinated are a drain on the health system, and are diverting care from other important health procedures. You are much more likely to need hospital care if you are unvaccinated. That means things like surgery or other procedures are put off whilst resources are diverted to look after idiots that refused to get vaccinated. Speaking from experience as my surgery has just been cancelled due to Covid cases.

I am not a legal expert, but SCOTUS has twice before confirmed the government’s right to mandate vaccines. Does anyone know the legal rationale for those decisions and was this discussed at todays court session?

Friday's email from Medscape included the headline that indicated there are a number of docs and others in the medical community who believe the SCOTUS iis apt to rule in favor of the vaccine mandates, specifically for healthcare workers.
The USA does have the power to mandate vaccines, the UK does not. There is an issue whether advance medication is technically a vaccine though, since it doesn't prevent infection or transmission. The USA does not have the power to mandate medication.
On the issue of draining health services, obesity is by far the biggest drain, alcohol the second biggest. In fact everyone who gets ill is a drain. Perhaps it would be economically advisable to just let ill people die, but that's hardly humane. To argue that other people should be allowed to die, so that you can get treatment is a little off.
