Got anymore info? I was told a snitch doesn't warrant any search warrants or arrests..and only give the police something to work on / furthur investigate.

What actually let the police in the DOOR?

Pumped a gallon of hydro nutes into the floor (accidentally turned on a pump). Stained the ceiling of the lady below. she calls the building manager to my door.

and he demanded to come in, and and well, he saw my shit, and demanded I have it out that day. and i was dumb enough to comply i guess.

he came back two days later to check it was gone, so wtf was i supposed to do? I'm lucky he didn't evict my ass.

A lot of times that is still there fault because they do not have the correct wirring to many amps light etc... or didnt hire an electrician to wire up there grow.

A house i used to live in had an electrical fire because of faulty wire due to the contractor who built the house. And i sued the shit out of them.

And then theres Murphy's law

left a hose on and flooded the bay as well as the bays on each side....

got charged with possession over 20 grams. No intent.

i did time but i have priors and also got arrested after that for some BS so i just took a deal cause i had a horrible judge and would have gotten screwed if i went to trial and lost.

:pointlaug My closest call… I was managing tenants in a house with a small 12 plant grow in the back. One of the tenants died(natural causes) in the room next to mine and we were all questioned for homicide. Thanks to my dads ingenious building for my cave, the cops were never the wiser but a very scary close call and a reason to never try this somewhere YOU rent out. :yoinks:

Here is a collection of stories Mario told me once…

Vengeful ex wife came looking for a guy I knew (not my favorite person) for money… when he didn’t turn it over she called the cops and said he was beating her.
When they showed up and talked down to her for having no reason to call she yelled out that at least they should arrest him for the plants inside.
So they told him to wait while they got a warrant because he didn’t want his house searched… 10 min later its all going down.
Helicopters and everything… apparently this was his 6th time being caught.
No pity with this judge

This was the same guy that a year earlier got an elderly lady to let him use a room in her house and her son found out and called the police on her for not tearing it down.

A year or 2 before that he also messed up a 6000k OP by bringing over his new GF over and showing off only to find out that she had a real boyfriend getting out of jail who came by later to collect some hush money. He bailed.

I’m sure I could remember more… but I rarely WANT to remind myself of such things. :badday:

30 years ago in school a Jackass was afraid his girlfriend and I were hooking up,He ratted me out for a bag of panama red 66 grams, got a felony bust Florida 5 grams= felony. After I broke him up (literal) Tampering with a narc. = #2 felony and no bail for previous felony.When I got out of jail 6 months in Juv. Hall 3 years probation. His Girl friend and I did hook up.... making sure he witnessed that also...prick! She is now a famous person not married to him or I..And he is still a narc...Prick

Yes smoking in a car is a big risk. Normally my best friend aka manager and I would smoke one during lunch in the parking lot in his van with the tinted windows. One day his wife takes the van so we use my truck very little tint. Well the point is stay away from the Pentagon. "You can never underestimate the predictability of stupidity" Only 80 more days of probation. I still have a secret grow so I'll be smoking Gonzo #1, Basic Diesel, Princess Diesel, Dream Goddess and about 4 oz of swag. That's right before my next trip to Amsterdam then I'll really start getting fucked up.

Back in college I had an apartment with a few buddies in a building that was basically all students living there. We had 5 ladies growing in an upstairs closet. One weekend after finals there was kind of a building-wide party going on when a fight breaks out outside. LEO gets called, there is probably 5 different cars on scene dispersing the crowd from all the different apartments and what not, and they somehow end up inside our apartment. They do a walk through and find the grow. Before they even get a sentence out, my Pre-law roommate begins quoting the 4th amendment, and a cop proceeds to turn around and pushes him so hard into the wall in cracks the sheet rock. After a 15 minute diatribe about all the laws we were breaking and what they could do to us if they felt like it ...they take all 5 plants, still in their buckets, WITHOUT chopping them, and they leave. Two weeks from harvest.

No charges were filed, but we didn't renew the lease on that place after term was over.

The landlord came to our house last week, with two guys he claimed to be police :angrymod:I doubt if they really were, because they did not ask for bribe money or stay to ensure I got rid of the plants. They told us to destroy the plants and that it is illigal. The landlord did, however, add that we can buy grass in town for cheap…

The plants have been in a darkish room for the week I transplanted the two bigger MG plants in a deserted stand a few blocks away (at 4am sunday). I tried to plant it where somebody would not see it easily, but with the way the MGs are growing I don’t know. Especially seeing that they will probably grow to over 10 feet until April. I've therefore also been forced to set-up my grow closet. It should be working with a 250W Son-T HPS later this week.

It’s such a bitch, this happened on the first day in our new house, just opposite our old house, which is much more private, with a totally private back garden. But I think the movers may have tipped-off the landlord.

These babies need and want this African sun. I am real sad about not being able to grow these wonderful plants in my back garden any longer :puppydoge

I hope your pre-law buddy filed a suit against them. Oh I would relish in that.
