If you leave it too long - then all sorts of cheese starts to grow in all sorts of areas -

- and phew! - THE PONG - so best to soak in a nice hot scented bath - and just float in mind and body for a while - heat always seems to do nice things to my body - so I always feel refreshed and better off afterwards.

I shower 3-4 times a day and still stink like a hoagie. Probably all the hoagies I stay rapid firing down my neck tube.

When I get out of bed and before I go to bed 365 days a year.

In summer (April - October) I'm in the pool all day, every day as long as I'm outside and sweating.

Still take the showers though....livin in America's Wang is hot, hard work.

I'm fat, so I don't sweat, I make gravy ;)

I'll be putting a turbo spa as my shower this year.
water jets, adjustable shower programs, etc :)

I'm picking out a new shower enclosure to fit the spa.

I'll be livin' in it.......

Being handicapped, unsure on my feet as it is... I'm getting a handicapped shower w/a seat, and this addition fits right on the panel behind the seat. Can't wait for the safety n' comfort. Been awhile, my tub shower is dangerously high for me to be climbing in n' out. this may add to the quality of my life.

I'm sure this joke has been used but what the hell

I shower twice a year... whether I need it or not

That joke is older than radio...

ObContent: we were a transient population for a long time, and we got over many limited ideas about a lot of things in consequence, personal aroma being one of them. When on the move laundry is a crippling, time-wasting burden, however necessary.

It’s been many years ago that I was on the street, and who knows - I might end up there again, but I still would rather smell the person next to me than the products they just used to squeeze into the machine.

Unless they’re sweating alcohol fumes...too many friends have died smelling like that....

One reason the spouse and I do okay together is when she thinks she stinks, I think she smells delicious, and vice versa. Leads to a lot more sex than an old man like me might be having otherwise.

I shower, not bathe (no hot tub), about twice a week, (the rest of them live in the tubs), and in between I give myself sponge baths, keep track of where my hands have been, Clorox all the handles and doorknobs and light switches twice a week (kids), and keep up with the laundry.

The life I lead involves “getting dirty” very seldom these days, but sweat is unavoidable - I can’t even see patients before I can dry off. I like being clean, so I hit more than the usual targets, and I’m thorough: I want people who come up to hug me to smell honest me, not some sour, stale nose full that tells them not to do *that* again.... but I can’t pretend I ‘just stepped out of the shower’ and get away with it. Patients, coworkers, friends are not people I want to pretend for, and I can’t stand the smell of odor-eradicating/obscuring products - I don’t like being around examples of their use (lookin’ at *you*, AXEbois) and I will not smell like ANY of that shit if I can escape without it.

i mean, really: we ARE animals, scraping and scenting ourselves according to custom can’t change that, it can only make us awkward and uncomfortable, like those poor animals on Facebook, squeezed into ridiculous costumes and made to stand in it, be ON, until permission to do otherwise.

What do you want to know my personal habits for?

Do you think I have nothing to do but write about my personal habits?

I suppose you'll be asking how many times a year or month or week or day that I masturbate next! And what colour the undies are that I soil when I do? And how many times I change THEM too!

Why should I tell you that they are pink with images of men with white beards who live on the east coast printed on them?

You're just too damn nosey, I say!

Whatever happened to bath night.

While I agree that some people should never come out of the shower, most are getting in before they need to. It becomes habit. With showering frequency that doesn't reflect the weather or levels of physical activity that may hasten the need. It's simply daily, rather than when needed.
