Seems there's lots of people who can't afford actual paper targets, so they use the State's expensive metal signs instead. It's only dwindling oil money, right?
Or the guy thats trying to kill you or others. It's gotten past the type of gun these crazy people use. Whatever gun they got I want my .45 on me to protect my family or others.

i'm not so sure after his post about using nuclear weapons on Israel the other day because he thought they "knew something" about 9-11. his "satire" comes off like The Chumps "jokes"..."oh, he didn't really mean that..." yeah? i'm not convinced.
Doob's brighter, more contemplative, and more satirical than many give him credit for, with a very dry sense of humor at times.. Sometimes it shines more obviously than others, though.
I've garnered over time that he's most definitely not into weapons or violence, either one, and certainly not into escalation of events.
I'm off to blow 8" of fresh snow from the driveway, as there's a store in town holding a pair of Muck (brand) insulated water boots for me at about half-price. I have to put on my protective anti-redneck suit to get into that particular store safely, too. So the prep may take me a while.

One of my tendencies, as I read or listen to fantastical hopes and scenarios is to respond w the same level of .....rhetoric. I look at it as a favor to future terrorist wannabes ....they should understand that all these scenarios they lay awake at night, pinching their nipples to, are just that: fantasy.

i gave nearly the exact number (within 5000 per US govt) of members of the National Guard earlier. is THIS what you are talking about? i'm sure someone someplace could give you an estimate on surviving vet numbers, but that's not what i was talking about, and said so.
wrong. those are mounted in attack helicopters & close combat support aircraft. (see also-"Puff the Magic Dragon") there are no (to my knowledge) National guard units with mini-gun on their freight helicopters and nobody carries them around firing like Arnold in the movies. how deranged are your fantasies that all branches of service have the same weaponry, or that they could legally use them on civilians?
