Did you use Magic Green and still have drops on the leaves when the lights came on? It will do that damn near exactly! I had the same thing happen and so did my buddy who was using GH 3part with everything else perfect. But it could also be a PH thing too have you kept it at 5.6-5.8??? I noticed problems like that can also happen if you let the PH go over 6.0 for a few days...

hey chefro- when i was in soil (ss#2) i was using soil a/b. i usually got a ca or mg def the first couple weeks of bloom so i upped the dosage to the agressive, and started foliar feeding every friday (friday is key:biggrin:) with calmag, fish and dm penetrator for weeks 1,2 and 3. worked killer, they loved it. i have a buddy who has same cut and still uses promix with soil a/b, not sure if flakes are diff, never used flakes. also we run soil pH closer to 7.0 hope this helps.

I have the exact same thing starting on one of my plants.....week 4 of bloom with Soil H&G in ProMix.

Thinking maybe I should run her on the aggressive sched.....maybe the extra base nutes would alleviate this?

You use it the W3-W8 of bloom on the 8 week schedule.

H&G should be run as a complete line IMO. Add nothing, subtract nothing.

Plants with an appetite will thrive on H&G.

The trick is to run Cal Mag in the first 3 weeks of flower....

Anyone using bud xl in dwc?
I've got a bottle but am afraid of adding carbs, worried about slime.
Water temps are around 65f and using h202 to keep it clean.

Yea dude you are cool to use it in dwc Bud XL is a great product I don't think I'll ever drop... I noticed today my water has a very low ppm rating for tap water run through a Small Boy filter, the shit was 42ppm! So to be safe I added .5ml of Cal Mag to a liter of my water and checked the ppm level and it was 128 so I think I did the right thing adding 2ml of Cal Mag per gal. I've read all over that the best results with Aqua Flakes and Cocos A&B were with water that had 100-150ppm and folks with RO would either add Cal Mag or tap water till they reached that range of ppm's...

I might give the bud xl a try.
Also got top booster but I usually use big bud weeks 2-5, then moab weeks 6-7 so not sure where the top booster would fit in. It says to run it for only 3 days as well.
I prefer the moab to shooting powder. Much cheaper. The shooting powder does actually initiate a second bloom on most strains, but I don't want that, takes extra weeks to finish.
I've also got drip clean but never used it, the HG stuff seems clean enough.
I always had to add calmag to lucas but so far haven't needed it with HG. Tap water is about 40ppm.

I've heard them say if you use 'Drip Clean' throughout flowering you can cut out or minimize your flush period. Has anyone practiced this?
