Right.i bought a bunch of detox shit and stuff but I don't think it's gonna work.funny enough I had a meeting with her a couple weeks ago to see where I live.i told her my garage.she said 1:30 so I thought I had time.we pay for garbage so coincidentally my dad took our garbage there at 10:30.she bombarded me cause I wasn't there and my dad was taking the garbage right when my PO showed up.my dad did good though and said he dropped me off at my uncle's to take a shower.my dad's been in prison 17 years so he did good on me for that but now I gotta go to the courthouse Tuesday and I'll probably be piss tested.i only smoked a few times cause I was real depressed but I bought some detox stuff so I'll see what happens.i know I'm gonna shit like crazy. Lol

Boy oh boy.this sounds nuts being sober but it's the way I was brought up since I was a kid.now looking back I see how stupid it was.my dad is 60 and still gets up at 3 am smokes a couple joints and drinks a 6 pack and things he has the right to do so.i know a few bums who have the same mentality.its sad and pathetic at the same time.because I know these people.as far as I know they are not even hard drug users.just alcoholic's.its sad and I don't wanna end up like them

Yeah I've never been piss tested so I assume it's mandatory on felony probation.i got some organic kale and other green juice plus ACV Wich is gonna be rough to put in the ole gullet.its been about a week since I smoked but my mom put hash on it so I don't know if I'll pass.i got a cheapo detox drink from a liquor store that probably won't work.i think I'm just gonna tell her the truth and say people are smoking around me cause it's gonna be legal in a month so they don't give a damn.ive always been a good boy.ive never had to do a UA before

The way I was taught, pre-sales gimmicks, was that the pectin in unfiltered fruit juice (and unfiltered apple cider being one of the highest concentrations of pectin of the juices), acts similarly to applying saw dust to an oil spill stain on a garage floor, clinging to the stuff, and carrying it out, if used in sufficient volume. Following that with heavy water intake, and pissing over and over, until the urine runs clear, is the key. Continued drinking of H2O up until the time of the test.

I used that method myself when I was applying for a life insurance policy.... MANY years ago. HOWEVER, I also earned an idiot award that trip into town to get blood drawn and urine tested, as I also drank about a 1/2-gallon of Mountain Dew, driving through the night 300+ miles to the facility in the Big City, and between the Mountain Dew, and a serious amount of unfiltered apple cider, forgetting that they were also testing for blood sugar, triglycerides, etc., etc., I came up looking like the pre-diabetic from Hell. The things you forget about when you're too focused on ONE aspect.

Anyway, 'hawk, how much were you smoking? how often? how potent? You still relatively thin? Low body fat content? Recent serious weight loss? All of those factors can affect your test outcomes. Those, and whether or not they have a zero-presence threshold in their testing.

Always helpful to know your enemy and their processes. ;^>)

Ok so I go tommorow.i bought 3 day detox pills,ACV And fruit pectin that I'm supposed to mix with Gatorade and detox drink.ive got a cheap weed test kit.guess I'll use it tomorrow.im 5'6 about 160 pounds.not sure about body fat % but I'm not fat except for my beer belly.smoked last week a few times.my metabolism isn't great.about average.supposudly the fruit pectin will cause the thc to be removed through a bowel movement for a few hours.some people swear about that.i guess we'll see.might not get pissed tested but I probably will.ive only got one bogus weed charge from over ten years ago.the weed I smoked was decent.not medical grade I guess but I don't even know what that means anymore

I'd have to see their rubric, 'hawk, but I don't think I paid extra. If it had been too off the wall, they'd have either denied me, or found a way to charge me notably more in premiums, which they didn't appear to do.

The reason I either asked about, or hinted at weight loss, is that the THC is stored in the fat, and in the process of losing weight, it's not uncommon to have increased release of metabolite thorough the urine, as a result of the fat breaking down from the weight loss. You'd be surprised at both proven certified time between abstinence and not validated but believable time.

Dr. John Morgan (CUNY, deceased) used to say that their confirmed abstinence to a positive test was 58 days, where they KNEW, 100%, the person hadn't had access.

I've known of very believable cases where the person tested positive 180 days later, but.... you guessed it.. they were a heavy smoker, initially quite obese, had smoked lots, daily, with ^ potency weed, got popped writing Rx's on a stolen pad (they were opiate-addicted, and figured stealing a scrip pad was less horrible than holding up drug stores) and went on a weight lifting and phys fitness training program in prison, dropped a BUNCH of weight (all good right)... except their SPECIFIC circumstances had them testing positive LONG after they quit ingesting cannabis.

Each case is different, and their case was very specific and fairly extreme. (*I later worked with that fellow re. DOT mandatory testing for safety sensitive positions, when it was later mandated to municipalities, in highlighting the moral, scientific, and legal fallibility of UAs).

In your case, assuming the 3 incidents you referenced were limited in duration/amount, you weren't heavily or regularly toking before that time, and you're about average build (by your reporting; for some reason I pictured you as taller), if you successfully hydrate LOTS, and do your flush with pectin, etc., then you have a fighting chance.

Good luck, try not to be anything but polite and well-mannered with your P.O., no matter the 'wall' they may seem to have up, and explain in very basic and understandable terms why you need any changes in your living situation that you do. Emphasize for him/her that you really WANT to succeed, and show that in your presentation.

Thanks guys.so,I got into an argument with my father and our mutual friend.weve been drinking but they were smoking and drinking.i was not smoking obviously.everyone says you can't test positive around second hand smoke but my uncle claims he did but he's a heavy smoker so who knows.anyway we got to bullshit theories and my dad is so smart blah blah.so I took the $1 home test I had.it says 98,% accurate.so if I did it right I think I tested negative.2 strips mean negative.i could barely see it but I saw the second line.ive got some other detox stuff I'm gonna take tomorrow just to be even safer.

Different testers/ organizations have different levels for positive/negative classification.
Different home tests have different levels for pos/neg.


Getting negarive on test is great! If you have time& means, double check levels in order to avoid nasty surprises.


second hand smoke.. It might have minute effect on thc within body. Safe option is to avoid - Just avoid it so your clothes / person dose not smell of cannabis when you meet your PO / case worker etc. ..person gets accustomed to smells (tobacco for example) so while smoker will not smell it, others (no smokers) can smell it.

Those doller tree test kits are total bullshit, just my opinion. Bought 6 of them and tried them all. Tried 3 after over 6 months without getting stoned. Results were either negative or inconclusive. Got ripped every night for a few weeks straight...Same results.

Sad part (or sometimes the good part) is that the initial screening tests many agencies use sometimes aren't much better than the old EMIT kits. Many were NOTORIOUS for false positives AND false negatives. More accurate testing is typically done in follow-up to a positive test result before concluding a positive result is, in fact, a positive result..... if the agency or office in question really gives a shit.

Some agencies that are more geared toward services that actually -help- their clients, have stopped even testing for cannabis (a family member's office being one). Many probation and parole offices aren't necessarily always geared toward 'helping.'

But you don't know who and what you're dealing with until you meet them and get a feel for their routine, as well as reading their requirements/stipulations or client contracts..
