Besides those songs, one of my favorites will always be Cypress Hill. They were one of the first hip-hop groups I listened to after the Beastie Boys and they have great herb-smoking tunes. Busta Rhymes is probably in my top 5 but hasn't put out anything good since Disaster Strikes. Eminem is a top MC and will have a good long career. Other favorite MCs are Treach from Naughty, Ad Rock from the Beasties, Del, Aesop, C Rayz. I like some such as Wyclef and Everlast who aren't the greatest MCs, but have good production, songwriting and other talents. Stripped down bass beats are great, but I can also appreciate those hiphoppers who can also get into the musical side of it like those guys.
