Went out to smoke a J under the loquat trees. Grabbed some photos while I'm at it. Yay Multi-tasking...

Just group shots. I'm not venturing out into those rays.

Yeah rockin' some shit ass fence back there. It's to keep the chickens/bunnies from going down the backside of the property, rather than privacy. Probably it's 3rd or 4th year of service in one way or another.

Caught thelma nibbling on a re-veg the other day. They've pulled culled males from the compost pile to eat too. The chickens topped a couple lower nodes on some plants yesterday...they're mostly messing with the straw mulch and soil around the pots. Shit ass chickens...one of em going to end up cooked if they keep it up.

They're sweeties...do the best they can for being dinosaurs. Probably saving me work any who. clearing up undergrowth, now if I could train them to buck down & trim plants...they'd be very pampered birds. hahahaahhahahaaha

What dessert for the heat...Chocolate Mousse Pie. Avoid the beast. Another J. BCS & Chemdawg rocking my day.

_____

“The minute you land in New Orleans, something wet and dark leaps on you and starts humping you like a swamp dog in heat, and the only way to get that aspect of New Orleans off you is to eat it off. That means beignets and crayfish bisque and jambalaya, it means shrimp remoulade, pecan pie, and red beans with rice, it means elegant pompano au papillote, funky file z'herbes, and raw oysters by the dozen, it means grillades for breakfast, a po' boy with chowchow at bedtime, and tubs of gumbo in between. It is not unusual for a visitor to the city to gain fifteen pounds in a week--yet the alternative is a whole lot worse. If you don't eat day and night, if you don't constantly funnel the indigenous flavors into your bloodstream, then the mystery beast will go right on humping you, and you will feel its sordid presence rubbing against you long after you have left town. In fact, like any sex offender, it can leave permanent psychological scars.”

Chickens are great they eat tons of bugs, give generous donations to compost pile via their roosting tray (they poop most while they sleep/roost). Have six ladies. First pair is going to start laying in next couple weeks. Heat may delay them, but eggs are a coming. Four more hens behind them gonna start up in July. Chickens are easy. Food, Water, Shelter, Safe space to room around. they'll feed me, and have been fun to raise + watch, Chicken/Bunny-vision is the most watched program at the ole Crimson Tide HQ.

Like Pres Lincoln said...two birds per person.

Going to borrow a buddies Bonsai Hero to make the job a little quicker and easier on the wrists.

Getting the indoor rocking again... Got a gang of the ganj in the tent right now under the 400w. Some things will transitioned outside when they're a wee bit more rooted. Everything will veg for awhile...don't want indoor and outdoor having to come in at same time!! So either go to flip it by July 1st or wait until Sept...

1st run/light will be:
6x Space Cookies (GSC x Skywalker)
1x Gorilla Glue
2x Bogglegum

9 x 5gallon pots under 1000w. Soil is RTG.

Get that rocking. Veg out the 2nd round more.
