Are the pictures working out for everyone? Bigger smaller? More shots from in and around the plants?
This was just 14 of the ladies outside, so yeah. Lots of posts, but want to get a least most of them, if not all, photographed once a week. Maybe skip a few plants and weeks here and there, but want to document the progression of them. Being right now they are filling in considerably. Anyways seems slow round here, or everyone is being super quiet & sneaky
Know I'm not rocking swimming pool sized pots, but have some fun genetics going, hope y'all enjoy viewing them.
Solstice of summer is almost upon us. Yaba Daba Doo.
just messing. Thanks bud. Welcome to the hootenanny.
Started seeds in Mid-February & Begin March. The last to go down were the Holistic Farm's Sierra OG & OG Cush--late march. Planted into final pots plus end of supplemental on the last new moon
Got another round seeds vegging indoors, and then cloning everything from outside down.
Great soil plus mild attention. weekly tea. twice weekly bug treatment. Haven't decided when to top dress them, probably somewhere near the end of the month. See how they feed/look.
Heat is on here. Plus some strong winds/breezes will make for some strong stemmed happy plants.
I'm a long way away....Northern Michigan, from a previous read I think you are in Bama.
We had a trailer lot there but the last hurricane displaced my son from the Gulf Shores area.
I liked the area near Bon Secor. Hoping to transplant myself there in winters, bring some Hondas, do some fishing and meet some good ole' boys one day.
That all said...
I loved the names of your crosses and the breeds you do...none of course were anything I heard of. I am attempting to establish lines of eventual landraces that are short and cold tolerant although I put out after frost and harvest before frost...June 1 to October is a general rule.
I own a seed company as well so hit me up for whatever free tomato seeds you may need. Just getting started with many gardens at this latitude.
Well, off to copying and searching those breeds you are fond of...any chance you have run across or bred a dwarf hybrid?
I keep getting tempting by the auto fems but after several seed order screw ups I am quickly getting seed banks established for next season.
Need some recipes for compost tea...I have some and a link to making a nice system, I happen to use fish and REAL molasses from the Amish for my recipe
Thanks for all the work you put into sharing your grow!
lol...ain't no bama boy here. Prop 215 patient in funny sunny cali. Formerly from the mistake on the lake & the middle of the mitten
Most the crosses are named by their breeders... Running a bunch of stuff from Hillbilly Geans, he's got some killer strains & names. If you are curious as to what, where, or who anything is, let me know I'll get ya what I got on em.
My compost tea.
Fill 55 gallon barrel with 30gallon h20, let sit day.
Mix in EWC, Kelp meal, Molasses with drill mixer attachment.
Aerate with aquarium pump 24 hrs.
Add in fish hydrolysate prior to using. Good to go.
