Was under county's plant count & space requirements. 30 plants & 100sqft per card. All paperwork up to date and posted in all required locations.
Outdoor cultivation is a "public nuisance" in my city limits, but no neighbors complained. Plus the outdoor space fit into the vague guidelines of an enclosed space, which is allowable under city code, all outdoor plants must be in an enclosed space. One entrance and not visible from road. They took the tent down too, which again enclosed space, but was on my back patio. stuff was almost done.
Got to figure where I'm living before what i'm growing. Two months to get it done before little#2.
