Just alittle fyi to everyone, BGhydro has these things called Homebox seconds in. Its basically a homebox with a slightly grey plastic instead of flat white and its only half the price! I ordered the last Xl they had but they still got just about every other one

Hello all, I am currently growing in my closet with a 400 and would like to get a xxl tent and add a 1000 hps. I have a cool tube for the 400 So I would like to get another digital 1000 along with a air cool hood. Can a outlet or two handle 1400 watts plus the fans and hydro systems? < Should I worry electricity? Dont want the apartment building electricity going out. What size fan or fans would be good for 1400 watts in a xxl homebox. Thank you in advance

How many circuits do you have at your disposal ?
I would NOT put all that on one circuit.

i have the htg mother tent and it is really nice considering it was only 129usd. it is fairly lighttight. a few pinholes here and there. overall construction is sturdy IMO. doulble floor keeps light from leaking through zippers around the bottom. only complaint was that the main zipper that goes up and down broke the first day i bought it. instead of sending it back (weighs bout 20 lbs.) i just got some industrial velcro from Walmart for 3.00 and it is fine. the outer shell is heavier than i thought it would be. the insides are white PVC but so far i have not had any issues with the infamous off gassing. came in a plain box.

The ceiling support beams on the HTG Supply tent are a joke compared to the Secret Jardin Darkroom tents, or most other brands on the market.

The vent placement doesn't make a lot of sense either, like why does their 4x4 tent for example only have 6'' venting holes on the top, then, randomly, 5'' ports on the sides, and then 4'' ones on the back?

Nothing against HTG personally, seems the place to go if you're broke as a joke, but for a little more money a Darkroom or Homebox tent would offer better features and a more sensible layout.

i'll be getting the secret jardin sometime this week. Just put my order in yesterday so hopefully it'll get process today. I'll be ordering my complete lighting set from HTG supply so hopefully by the end of this month i can start :woohoo:

Has anyone seen or even got one of the airsocks for the budbox? Also i have seen the scrog screen designed for the budbox and was wondering if anyone has one of these? I want to try a scrog for my next grow and thought this seemed ideal for me. Any heads up would be appreciated before i maybe make a error and waste my £££'s

what is the purpose of this? Is it sucking air out from both sides? I see most tents with just one hose but this one have 2. Whats the point of this? Thanks.

got a question about this set-up. for the air getting sucked out do u need to attach a fan to it also? I notice he said his carbon filter is attach to a fan to suck the air through the filter then across the light. Will the other end is there a fan attach to it outside of the tent?

If you have it designed like that, it is a closed grow environment so you can use CO2 without wasting it.

I have a secret jardin DR150 with a 600 watt currently running and I feel like I could easily add another 400 or maybe even 600.

Is the secret jardin worth the price difference compared to a homebox? From what I've read so far it looks like the secret jardin is more prone to pin holes, and light leaks. Where as most homebox owners are not reporting any light leaks.

I'm wanting to get one of the 4x4x6.5 for my 600W HPS setup. What is the most efficient way of cooling, & carbon scrubbing, if you want to use CO2 injection?

Thanks for the help,
