Went away for a few days and came back to it smelling like tropical fruit candy. The leaves still have a slight bit of semi truck smell, but the flowers are now extremely beautiful smelling.

Update on my GMG 🍇 42°N
Filling out. The silver cast is giving way to purple with a couple recent cold nights.

Back in mid August while I waited for my Green Mountain Gold to mature enough to do some seed reproduction.
I decided to dust my GMG fem for practice.
The cross is GMG purple pheno x Green Mountain Gold purple pheno

2nd week of September.. With close inspection of the PS trichs we have about 70% cloudy, 25% clear, and 5% amber. 90% of the fans are purple. I'm gonna guesstimate another 2 weeks to chop.. I took a couple small bottom nugs enough for a sample doob. In a few days I'll get a sneak peek of what's to unfold ..

MG Cousin Itt pheno has busted out little side shoots.. I think I'm gonna start calling her Little Miss Nubby Nugs :)

Her trichs are maturing fast. 50% clear, 47% cloudy, 3% amber. I took off a couple larfy
bottom buds for a sample as well..I guesstimate a harvest during the 1st week of October.

The smell on both samples are wonderful.. PS has a cherry fuel thing and MG is like floral dryer sheets.

Been off the boards (by choice) since May. Took a break from growing and did a deep clean of the grow room. Just popped some PS, MG and a new strain for me - Skunk #1 (IBL). (Supposedly handed down from Samtheskunkman to Mel Franks et al.) More on the grow shortly. For now, I just wanted to acknowledge @vermontman's recent surgery. Being away from this site all summer means I didn't see this until yesterday! Hope you are recovering well, feeling better and back at it! Cheers!
Good to see you back. I had you in my notes as being close to my general area from reading this thread from the beginning.

I have a couple of Pineapple Banana Bud plants in veg. How much stretch should I expect from this strain? Is it rather a low or heavy feeder? Can I flower them on 12/12 or should I switch to 11/13?

Things are trucking along here with my GMG at 42N. Clones fired into flower quicker this year. I had them in smaller pots in June and going from the tent to outdoors probably helped them along. Smells awesome as usual, spicy cedar grape, really special stuff.

New Oaxacan Gold
Loaded with FEM seed!
I must say, I have always been extremely picky what comes into my breeding corral. But man so far this newly acquired 79 OAX, ticks all the boxes and combined with my original Oaxacan Gold, it should be stellar! She smells like pine candy!

I super excited about this cross. I was just reading over on Dubi’s Oaxaca79 thread and this post has me just as curious. I’m planning on diving into some ZT seeds as well as some AK Bean Brains BOEL Oaxaca over the winter to see what all comes up and find some plants to test outdoors next year. Would love to explore this cross. Oaxacan high is just so damn good and the terps and yeild are such a bonus.
