Last run was scrapped at day 21 for LL walk thru.

There was no way to rent a U-Haul or box truck from a rental company the day before the walk through and move the plants to a nearby location for the day?
Put the plants in at 4 am before daylight, drive to a secure spot, like a friends house, and then move them back at night.
Ive done that before for LL walk throughs. Easy-Peasy.
Saves a whole crop and alot of waisted time and $ for materials.

THis was in a spare tent my main flower got harvested so no biggie but def sucked, it was months ago so water under the bridge.

The only walk throughs I have to deal with are when my dad is visiting and walks his naked ass through the living room on way to the shitter... Don't know which kind is worse...

once my main grow was down no way putting back up.
Like you say Pf it was tore up.
So I had to look into other options found a cozy spot so im happy...no more LL worries :D

I love and hate my LL lol, she knows I grow, but has never seen the setup but with all the new laws and how relaxed cannabis has become here in california she can walk right in and I could care less.

I tore down for the bank when the place was getting appraised a year or so ago, and that was stupid cause I had all my shit aligned back then but I sketched out thinking "bank" but mannnn when I found out later that it was all for nothing, I stopped trippin that day.

if its in your garage and you are having an appraisal most appraisers will assume a garage is a garage as long as you dont try to claim theres some thing in there that would add value beyond an average un finished garage space. we have done it twice and when they asked about the locked door to the garage during the appraisal i said it was a normal unfinished garage no frills same as it was when originally built. they marked it down as such. garages are garages and beyond the square footage they dont really need to see them to call the inspection complete. they didnt even blink either time. no big deal. if they press, reschedule and cross that ugly bridge once you get to it. then decide wether it needs to be disclosed, disguised or taken down. but its a lot cheaper to play it by ear ime. one space we just put 70s wood paneling over that whole wall that the bedroom door was on and it just essentially dissapeared. they didnt blink and we had a unfinished bonus room omitted and it only cut < 5% of our total home value which was not a problem in this case of a refinance compared to a teardown. all three appraisals lasted <15 minutes. i really dont think they took the time to notice,.

my ll helped me haul the supplies i needed to build my room,ive cut so many holes in the walls over the years its like swiss cheese in some rooms...but i also know how to repair and texture drywall,and in this town the fact that i pay my rent makes me like renter gold...hell, the last people who lived here had a dozen people living in the workshop building with no plumbing plus an rv pulled up in the backyard with another 4 people living in there...if i pulled the plug and walked away even with all i have done here ive still done less damage than the last renters...and they owed 6 months rent on top of the 5k in damage they did to the place...heck,i put 7 grand into the front yard landscaping alone! my ll loves me...helps that hes an old stoner too...

so ll walkthroughs? its more like,dude,come check out these buds...

it works out well for both of us,i have a no hassle situation and he gets a responsible tenant that pays the rent and keeps the place up,mostly on my own tab too,and i give him as much free herb as he can smoke...and ive been overpaying the rent for a couple years too,technically its only 750 a month for a 3br/2 bath with attached 20x40 workshop on a 1/4 acre lot but i give him 800,some day i will end up buying it...and once again,the cool ll will owner finance with next to nothing down so pretty much ideal for a pay the bills kind of grower....although everyone is like "blow that workshop up!" get some more amps and fill that bitch....but i keep it small and quiet,the bills get paid and i get to ride bikes all day,what else could i need?

my bestfriend who grows.. when growing.. asks the landlord.. if they mind if he rents a room to a friend.. then he locks that room up.. and grows in there.. and if the landlord ever asks.. he just says that's his buddies room and he locks it before work . and he don't come home till after 9pm.. and they NEVER wana be out LATE.. so the landlord just says fuck it..

hes had 1 walk through every year.. since 2011 .. and never moved a single plant.

You guys are all crazy! I'm paranoid growing in a house that I own. I can't imagine the stress of having to worry about a land Lord.

same problem with buying the house,not a good idea to have money showing up without an explanation in someplace like a bank or retirement fund....
