2 1/2 weeks from first pistils
only 16/18 more weeks to go.....
I did this with Zamaldelica
Perhaps you already know this, but if you decrease the hours of light you give during flowering (for example 11/13 light/darkness), you also decrease the flowering time. This also decrease yield a little bit, but not that much. If you do this after the stretch, it decreases yield just a tiny amount.
I did this with Zamaldelica & without this "trick" I had 16 or 17 weeks flowering time. With this "trick" I had to wait 10 to 11 weeks to harvest. No noticeable difference in yield. I started with this from the beginning of flowering.Siever
Thanks everyone. As several of you may know I don't smoke. I have a couple times after my back surgery then stopped again. I have worked in the oilfield 26 years now. I pee in a cup often. I love the grow! Doing sativas I just get more time to love what I'm doing. Last year I did a 9/15 finish after starting with a 15/9. My room is 10'wx14'lx9'h or 3.5m w x 4.5m l x 3m h. Trying to refine the learning curve from indicas to sativas. I want to be able to do both equally well. If I try something new and it doesn't work out. I don't have patients waiting in disappointment. Yes my goal is to be a medical provider when local laws change. It will be Sativas and it will be the best I can provide for them. Peace Thanks Ace Starting with these genetics is essential to my goal.

Hi Zach I think not. I think that the plant can speed up or slow done as dictated by the conditions. Less light means she will just speed up to finish If there is a change in quality i cant detect it.

One thing I'm doing different this grow is I have my cfl's and one LED on a separate timer. This timer shuts off at 11 hours. Leaving the two 600 HPS's on for 12 hours. My thought was mimicking sunset??? I may be pissing in the wind.. I know of no other growers in my area to exchange notes or theories with. I've always said if your not occasionally wrecking something your not doing anything. Peace
Some great flowering light schedule being discussed.12/12 and go...spotting flowers11/13.
Is there an allowance to up pot with this style of flowering and can you keep plants at a reasonable height of 5ft.
Very informative strategies for indoor growers.
Thanks ph
