I have personally never used a mover, I don't like hot moving lights in my setup, but as for fan size indeed there are many factors that influence the required capacity, one of the most important is the knowledge of the installerI think the perfect setup for one light would be to have it on a mover over a 4x8 table. Moving 1.5' in each direction with a short pause at each end.
The size of the fan will be highly dependant on the temperature of the incoming air. Keep in mind that filters and duct bends will have a significant impact on the amount of air movement.
