Correct. I've been busted over license plate lights before. Now, I have aftermarket LED lights for the 3rd brake light, the brakes, license plate lights, turn signals, basically everything but the headlights. The lights will be good long after the vehicle is scrap, one less thing I have to worry about, and really not terribly expensive at all in relation to the peace of mind they offer. Ebay is a good source for aftermarket LED stuff, such as taillight assemblies, and most auto parts store for regular bulb replacements (license plate lights, turn signals, etc.). Even the interior lights can be changed, they look much better, look brighter, and run far less power from the battery.

heres the kicker. i changed the bulb two days ago and it worked.......

Dammit, thats shitty, theres a short in the wiring somewhere. Like I said above, I'm rocking LEDS, as I've been busted over license plate lights in another lifetime. Well worth the investment, look better than stock, and give you added peace of mind against incidents like this.

damn krunch this is definately not the kind of post that we want to wake up to on a saturday morning.....fucking pigs. heres a few things i would consider.

Do you think they were following you prior to the traffic stop? Sometimes the feds will have a marked cruised (like CHP) pull over their suspect so they can remain in the shadows and see what happens.


Also, the Jeep isnt a good vehicle to transport in, because it doesnt have a locked trunk. a sedan with a trunk works wonders for smell. Thats why im leasing a brand new sedan...1) i dont own it, so the feds cant seize it....2) its brand new, so no issues with brake lights, etc....3) locked trunk and low key.

I would also ask the mods to delete your account and messages, just in case the feds manage to crack ICmag...delete all your PMs and emails!!

Hopefully things work out. My boy got busted in oakland with 400 plants and two guns...and its not going too bad for him...he might catch a plea deal and only do a few months.

also...change your phone numbers right away...go get a metro to do any future bizz on just in case they tapped you.

No doubt i'd take the smell of some bud over the smell of Ona. But once it's in the trunk in imaginary land I don't smell a damn thing in my car besides the tree air freshener I have chilling on my rear view. Maybe it's the way I have it set up, idk. Not too mention it's not too many cops that know the smell of Ona, maybe 25%, if that. However 99% of em know the smell of some dank. I'd take the odds.
