They came after me and i had nothing of value for them to steal.
Just a overly exaggerated plant number was all it took. Half of witch were clones in a bubble cloner w/ barely any visible roots.

Sorry to hear that. I Truly wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
with the feds it's like no rhyme or reason. If you have stuff that they can seize worth value then you're chances go way up.

but at times it seems that small guys go fed. maybe to grab some headlines who knows. Glad ya made it through ok.

I rarely EVER do that,as I subtract a

However, jerkoff, you got it,and a nice note that will remind you of how short your tenure at ICM will be,if you ever come off with that kind of statement, ever again.

JACKASS,that's not the way to start out at ICM,IF you're not a sock-puppet or troll-hole.

Wow, thanks for that! Hey, this is just how it looks to me as an outsider. I am allowed an opinion, right? I'm not trying to be a dick, you don't see me calling people names..
I understand the person who got busted is a friend of yours, but don't take my comment personal..

I have nothing against the medical marijuana industry in California, but it seems to me that a lot of people take advantage of it. I mean, when I look at these documentaries, I don't see sick people, I just see people who like to smoke and got some piece of paper from some sketchy doctor..

And driving around with pounds of weed to 'patients', to me, it seems more like a profitable business then caregiving.

Am I the only one who thinks that the situation there is kind of funny?

Medical MJ is by nature a paradox, the medical use is life-saving for some and the validity of it's use can't be denied. Yet, nobody can say whether you are or aren't feeling pain, so anyone can read the mmj laws, go in and say the right things to a sympathetic Dr, and get a medical rec.

Nobody had the foresight to see that anyone that wants to can be a mmj patient? That it doubles as a system to protect recreational users and dealers? You don't think leo knows this, and it really pisses off some of them, and are out to get you if you step out of line AT ALL?

I say fuck mmj, it's never going to work because of this and it needs to be as legal and available as alcohol or tobacco. This means opening up hemp and large scale cannabis production. If people want to smoke marlboro greens, so be it. I don't care. I'll still do fine just like a good brewer or winemaker can compete with Budweiser or the boxed wines.

Not only that, but so many people use herb that are bipolar II or have similar unstable brain chemistry than a lot of people, this use seems undocumented and unrecognized, so I think a lot of people use mj "recreationally" that feel better smoking it because it helps in the same way lithium or other more harmful drugs can. People use it for too many reasons to limit it's use to a small set of medical conditions. It's like a partial prohibition, and it won't work.

You need to calm down and take some of your medication. You are acting like the Jackass. Read your posts. Maybe you need to go sit in the corner for acting inappropriately in this thread.

:thank you:

My prayers are with you krunchbubble.

I don't want to incur the wrath of REZ, but I don't think he meant funny as in laughing, but funny as in odd, strange or f'ed up... and I think there is some validity to this. It certainly is a f'ed up situation right now and probably hard for someone who hasn't followed the situation with mmj laws in CA to understand.

I can't imagine the amount of frustration/confusion you must be going through right now man... Like it or not, this is what happens when you play by the system and try and do things the "legal" way anyway.

I live in Canada where the laws are kind of like Cali in some places. I'm a non-legal grower though. But if anything like this ever happened to me, I would not want to be going to jail, no matter what. I'd be taking the rest of my money and using it to escape the country and create a new identity. I've given this very scenario a lot of thought, and although it's shitty to be thinking about something like this, what has happened to you is exactly what I'm afraid of happening to me.

Cali might be your home, and where your family is, but at the end of the day your country does not give 2 shits about you and your freedom. We live in a fascist police state that is controlled by the wealthy elite. Sadly, the professions we all share here are not welcome in many parts of the world. This will probably be one of the hardest decisions of your life, but like I said, if it was me I'd be looking to get out of the country. This is, of course, under my scenario of being non-legal.

You need to start heavily considering what the next 5+ years of your life will be like if you try and go the legal route. Is it possible to win with a good lawyer and get charges dropped? If not, are you prepared to spend at least some time in prison? I hate to be thinking of worst case scenario's here.. But I think it's come to that.

All I can offer is my condolences and deep empathy. Give your future some serious thought over the next few weeks. I hope the universe gives you a clear path to choose from. Take care.

Sorry to hear about this KB. Sucks. I have been there before and its wasn't a good time in my life. So from someone who has dealt with this type of shit before I have some advice. Don't freak out it seem like the end of the world but its not. Get a good lawyer. Your in the bay and there are several great ones in the bay, get one. I didn't read all the post here so I don't know but I hope that you didn't have any guns or other type of drugs. If you didn't then that should help. The popo love to throw a whole bunch of charges at you with the hopes that they can get a couple of them to stick. Get all your paper work in place that means all the scripts that you can get are up to date. Hopefully this should work out for you and good luck.

This is exactly what i meant to say. It seems like anyone can become caregiver or patient. How can you expect the feds to ignore this and have the confidence to do big transactions all day, just as they were legal?

Sorry if my choice of words wasn't the best, I didn't mean to step on anyone's toes..

KB keep your chin up, Remember Don't let the bastards keep you down. Good post.

Krunch,

I've had similar issues twice in my life and it does suck. Don't waste time and energy thinking about it before a good lawyer has analyzed your case and gone over your options. You'll just worry yourself too much. Realize it's out of your hands for now and visualize a positive outcome as much as possible.

Good luck, positive vibes your way.

The point is that mmj should be legal regardless. I don't find it funny that the only way to legally use mj is to feign some sickness. I don't find it funny that the govt thinks that it is their right to tell people what they can and can't put into their bodies.

Krunch my man...... sorry to hear about this shit. happens to everyone though..

the charges will be dropped. if not by the DA, then by the judge. you will get your bail money back in a couple months, by which time you should be pulling down your next harvest.

dont fork over $$$$ to a lawyer, sounds like you got some Bullshit charges, shouldn't be hard to beat in court even with a public defencer.

basically what we have here is a case of the police taking the law into their own hands... that's a no-no, and you will not have to suffer long i promise.

smoking this next kush blunt for you my boy

krunchbubble - I am going to go one further. I believe you will not get convicted of anything regarding sale, transport, or growing. Where I think they will try to get you is making oil and having a weapon. I bet everything else gets thrown out..

ditto.

good luck with that switchblade charge. only a misdemeanor though, you can still buy guns and vote (NO on 19)...

Did they find any butane cans?

How you see things makes a big giant statement about who you are.

Do you see a sick person when you look at Montel Williams?
How does someone look that has depression? SAD? Huh? Think about what I am asking you.
Even a qualified doctor doesn't make judgements without an examination, but you, my friend can do that from watching a documentary on TV, eh?
If a patient is on his meds and it works, maybe THEY DONT LOOK SICK!

People in this country need to stop judging people by what they look like and admit that things are not always what they seem and mind their own business.

Maybe a patient cooks or GOD FORBID makes HEMP OIL:

http://www.phoenixtears.ca/

That takes a lot of Cannabis. Educate yourself.

I see why Rez told you what he did. I take offense to your statements as a patient.
