Out of all the D's that have been raided and had their Record confiscated, can anybody show me any Cases where the Feds, or anybody else went after any of the Patients??

But in Reality, they don't-- There is nothing they could charge them with--

No Feds went after any patients when they were harassing docs. I was trying to show that even the feds wont mess with patients even if they have their records, since even before HIPPA

I completely understand what you are saying.

What happens "without charges" is however just as devastating.
Questioning "off the record" happens everyday as part of "investigations." LEO does not need to reveal why they are "investigating". My father, who was DEA, revealed many of their tactics in my youth. They are not pretty, nor are they always lawful. Some include planting evidence and lying about it.

They do, however, work.

trust me, i have been trying. but when all the info you have on them are taken, its pretty hard. 1/2 of them have been contacted already.

my lawyer said my patients have nothing to worry about. i only take patients that have real doctors and not a bullshit medicann recommendation or one of those $50 doctor recommendations, my patients have to have a family doctor recommend it to them......

Bullshit Medicann recommendations...? Dr. Tallyrand actually protects his patients and has done more for sick people then most of us ever will. Ok, im checking out of this thread permanently. Good luck to you and your patients.

or a poll for how much they will pay me per pound. in the disclosure, they expert said pot is worth $5k a lb or $300 an ounce. my room when they cut it down weighed 41 lb's. wet pot is a 3/4 of what your dry weight will be. so 10 lb's is what im thinking = $50k......plus attorney fees.....

I'll be following this closely, and I hope to learn from your mistakes and endeaver to beat this. We lawyered up before we got started on our business, and keep her on retainer. Her advice was to treat everything as though we were illegal, even though we followed every regulation and documentation. We post all necessary doc's at the sites, but leave the names blanked out on those copies for patient security. We are instructed to keep our mouths shut and let the lawyer handle the paperwork details should trouble arise with a visit from LEO.
