Omar told me to obscure as much patient info as possible on their recs. I redacted all address and personal info so they cannot be contacted directly by Leo. They can verify the Scrips and thats it.
My mmj doc back in 01 used to use that "threat" to convince me he was legit and other docs were under scrutiny and my records werent safe. Once I realized it wasnt happening, he lost all credibility with me as an honest doc and I changed docs. I am pretty sure even the feds are a bit scared to mess with patients, which is why 215 was the best RETORT to reefer madness!Out of all the D's that have been raided and had their Record confiscated, can anybody show me any Cases where the Feds, or anybody else went after any of the Patients??
I agree, in Theory you are right, they COULD...
But in Reality, they don't-- There is nothing they could charge them with--
All doctors are bound by HIPPA since 2006... 2001 it was not in effect. My mmj doc back in 01 used to use that "threat" to convince me he was legit and other docs were under scrutiny and my records werent safe. I respect your beliefs and wish you the best, however naive they may be!
trust me, i have been trying. but when all the info you have on them are taken, its pretty hard. 1/2 of them have been contacted already.
my lawyer said my patients have nothing to worry about. i only take patients that have real doctors and not a bullshit medicann recommendation or one of those $50 doctor recommendations, my patients have to have a family doctor recommend it to them......
I think we should put the poll to who reckons he's not gonna stay out and how many years he will get..
how many years? shit, i wont even do hours......
this is cali, had my 50 light warehouse busted years ago and the cops never even wanted to question me.....
more like a poll for how much cash i get when i sue them for the crop they cut down.......
or a poll for how much they will pay me per pound. in the disclosure, they expert said pot is worth $5k a lb or $300 an ounce. my room when they cut it down weighed 41 lb's. wet pot is a 3/4 of what your dry weight will be. so 10 lb's is what im thinking = $50k......plus attorney fees.....
wow have they ever actually paid growers back money for plants that they wrongfully chopped down??
and when you say wet pot is 3/4 the weight of dry pot, does that include the stemmage and main stalk, or is that just the buds with no stem?
