Ive been texting and talking with him on the phone. He's good. As far as I know he is getting everything back on track since losing power for a few days cause of the hurricane.
ok so yeah, i got a little depressed for a week or so, then procrastinated, then storm hit and i lost power for 76 hrs. then my pc shit the bed for a couple days. i think i saved everything. always something, right?
100% RH for three days was not good by a long shot. clover got moldy, i pulled it all out. all leaves everywhere hooked on the end from sitting in wet dirt. brown spots appearing on leaves, but still havent found any mold in buds, ive torn into a dozen at least. im at 51 days now, going to have to chop at 63 anyway. hoping itll be ok. checking every day.
anyway, i owe you guys some pics, so here we go - glue bed at 51 days (i know shit aint right, this is what im dealing with)
here is the new hose i got. replaced the dramm/MG soaker hose with a gilmour flat soaker hose. night and day difference the new ones are much better. even split i only have to run the pump for less than 10 mins (for 50 ft) where i was running it for an hour for 25 ft with the hard ass dramm soaker hose
heres how i split it, the flexzilla leaders are choice imo
the other bed got planted last sunday, day 1 12hr on the 10th, right before it was dark for three days. the high humidity seemed to just stall everything, these plants didnt even stretch in the dark. weird. anyway these are technically 9 days in... 8 pink cheese, 10 blue dream, a couple tangies and green cracks and one new glue
even though they dont look triggered bc of the stall, both beds are flowering. i do need to add some epson salt but only as a proactive measure, the B bed isnt showing any deficiencies in the new growth. just the irritation from over watering. i dont know what it is showing on the day 51 glue but i know it appeared during the power outage. im hoping i can ride it out for another 14 days.
og chem x casey jones mono lined up for the A bed after the glue comes down.
Glad to hear you didn't get swept away The beds are rockin dude great job! I really dig that soaker hose. How evenly does it wet the soil? Do you have to do any supplemental hand watering? And what kind of pump are you using?
I got another tent and a 315, just waiting on clones to get going again
cool! 420 posts! it seems to wet the bed pretty evenly. sometimes i hand water still if i top dress or the top layer looks too dry. ive been getting dry top layer since i pulled the clover out. i raked up some hay when my field got cut its baking in a black bag in the sun for a day or two then ill mulch with that. pretty sure that will make things better. when i was struggling with the heavier hose i upgraded to an 800 gph. its active aqua brand. im hoping to be purchasing 2 more 630 units in a few weeks
