its one 25' hose laid out in an s going long ways through the rows. the material the hose is made of dosent allow water to pass through very easy. if i had a different style of hose it would work great. as it is now it is more wet on half the bed where the end of the hose is. i guess it comes out more there. and it comes out real slow everywhere so its like the water goes straight to the bottom of the bed and does not rehydrate the surface soil.
i have a gilmore hose arriving today to replace the dramm hose. fwiw the dramm appears to be almost identical to the swan/ miracle gro weeping soaker hoses.

let us know how the switch works

i've seen soaker rings for trees, might be worth a manifold and a few of those in your space.... might not - hopefully it doesn't come to that
but im buildingout my new bed(s?) now and considering all these type of options

i absolutely will share how it evolves in my beds. i thought ab doing a manifold and 4 straight capped of lines in each bed but wanted to pursue the option with the least fittings and potential for leaks. hopefully the new hose solves it.

great pic star!

Any male from that line is going to blow things up. Real special genes there, man. I told Phillthy you have a male and are working to preserve his legacy. Made his day! I know he appreciates all that time and effort not being wasted and over looked. :respect:

By the way, Blue Dream x that male - you're talking 3# per light potential no question asked. Would be some MONSTERS in that line. Really up the potency of dream too. Just a thought. ;)

Well the blue color in lightning is caused by electrons previously excited by the electricity returning to their normal energy states. In a quantum realm, when this excited state is maintained, it is called metastable. The degree of excitement is often indicative of heat and color. Lightning, while white, the electrons are in a much more excited state before they cool and a blue hue is seen. This could be explained or measured by Boltzmann distribution.

There has to be a way to combine all that information into something catchy, which gives logical distinction to a "Blue Lightning" strain.

Something I've thought about when considering mix blueberry with LL. I've never come up with a conclusion though. Boltzmann Blues has a nice ring to it though.

I think he has the blue dream cut, thus the reason I made the comment. If not, I have no idea where I got that from.

lol thanks dan! im actually waiting on some mail to go from your desert to a dessert flavored town in arizona, where i can make use of it easily. i currently hold the santa cruz blue dream cut , so im covered there. but the arcata and firestorm... or arcata and df or bruce or whatever lol! looking forward to that...
and your very high on my list for treats already, number three i think? so, soon indeed.

just a reminder of things to come this fall/winter here in freedom 35-

lazy lightning pollen run - sscdh x chemsour male crossed to green crack, blue dream and glue (and eventually back to LL)
acapulco gold seed run and f2
sweet tooth 4 ibl redo (hopefully)

frank, dont u wanna save blue lightning for digi x lazy? or do you think the digi dust not a good match...

Just remember that seed line doesn't have a name. LL is an isolated cut.

I've no desire to save any names for any projects. I won't be giving any seed lines names again. An isolated cut from something, yes, but the seed lines themselves will just be a x b.

Going to be some monsters found with those parents.

that was my understanding, the ll was a cut, so the "LL male" thatt nameless is using is a male cut from same seedstock as the original lazy Lightning cut you have?

what's the "a x b" of that line that the lazy lightning came from? (sorry probably asked this in another thread along time and if i had to guess i'd say grom x digiberry but can't even remember what those strains even are.... damn lay off the dabs miles....)

all my breeding programs are labeled as "a x b"
i've been considering naming some if for NO other reason than for simplicity, more like a labeling code than a renaming

hows things going, nameless? hope things are well in those beds
i'm rebuilding my soil bed now, about 6 x 12 ft and 30 inches deep or so, will probably fill only 24 inches of soil at first

The LL came from an (Chem D x Sour D IBL) x (SSH x Chem D IBL). It was a combination of two selected parents from Rez lines. The male Nameless holds is a brother of LL. LL was selected and named by MegaRawTen, who was given the seeds by MeltingPot, who got the seeds from Phillthy, who made the cross and selections.

There is a sister of LL called P1 that was selected by MoneyMike. It's a much more haze leaning representation and for headstash is considered more unique than LL. $m used her in his Philly Skunk line, P1 x Butter Skunk, which was released under the Top Dawg label.

That should tell you the quality of plants the line produces.

The Grom x Digi Bx1 never had a name, but an isolated male found by Genetic Freaked was adequately named "Snowman", because of his frosty balls.

I'm beyond excited to know the line is being put to use. I don't get excited about much, but all 3 of the parents Nameless used are known commercial plants. Using that male, to such plants will give a massive increase in potency without any degradation of their yield potential. Yes. It will even make GG#4 stronger. The line is that good.

Lazy Lighting clone hasn't been hoarded. I know for a fact she is in Colorado. :joint:

There is NO plant that is a bad match with Digi.

It'll take me time to find a new male in the Bx2 generation. You're free to do whatever you wish, good sir.
