As long as you're not adding to their daylight hours it's ok.. it has to be 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark*, but it doesnt matter what kind of actual light the get. (in terms of producing the flowering hormone, not growth).
Also the major determining factor to whether a (non auto) plant flowers is light hours**, the feed type won't change that. It's a bit like if you had beef stew for breakfast and pancakes for supper... you'll still run ok, just you might wonder who the hell keeps making up this menu :wink:
* or a minimum of 10 hours dark in order for the flowering hormone to be produced in surfcient quanities
**some plants, in particular autoflowers, will begin flowering based on the stage of growth. Some non auto flowering plants will also start showing preflowers and throwing pistils f left to mature long enough. In fact, most of the oldtimers here are amazed that most of us new guys have never let a plant sex naturally :wink:
