Got a half-size 375-ml bottle of Patron Reposado Tequila at just over half-price at a nearby gas station and convenience store on my way home from town earlier today. Tasty sipping.
They have one more each of the half-size bottles with similar discount/mark-down in the Blanco/Silver and the Anejo. I no longer drink Anejo, but that blanco might need to come home too. Especially at the current close-out pricing.

I brought back a few bottles from Mexico. There's a tequila shop literally every 20 yards on 5th Ave in PDC. It's crazy. Whatever you do, don't pay full price. I paid $5000 Pesos or $250 US Dollars for these and another bottle I already gave to my daughter.

That Cafe one is so freaking good. It's a coffee liquor. They had a coconut, and mango too that all tasted awesome, but I was worried about getting caught bringing too much across. I would hate to have to give them up at the airport. It went way smoother than I expected though so I wish I would've got a coconut and mango one too at least.
I got them mostly as gifts for our kids, but the Cafe one is for us. And I'd definitely eat a scorpion, but not a worm.

Breckenridge Brewing Christmas Ale in a mini keg with 1.32-gallons, at 7.1% abv.
Not a bad Christmas Ale at all. $17 for the mini keg at Costco.
This is getting close to the season when they typically start stocking Freemont Brewing's (Imperial) Winter Ale at about 8% abv, which has been a favorite winter beer for the last couple of winters. In a nice 4-pack box with a pinecone image on it, and 16-oz. cans. Not sure they're going to get it in this year. Hope so.

Power was out last week in a bunch of businesses in the area. Asked if I could pay extra cash and have them ring it in when the power came back on. Was told sure thing, pay "double the price."

I am drinking a homemade mead and not worrying about the fact that it would sell for sixty damn dollars a bottle if I were dumb enough to buy it.
