I didn't have my car plates registered to my grow house either. So even if I had been followed, that would impede the investigation from getting very far

dont buy alot at a time or use a different car and go to a different house drop the stuff off there and go back and pick it up and bring it the house a week later or so . can never be to careful...and always check the rear view.

Anyone who cannot spot and lose a stupid pig in traffic deserves to get hassled...IMHO. I live too far away from any stores and must rely on the net to order supplies...never had a problem..but if I were forced to buy from a hydro store I would damn sure know that no one was following me...and it is too easy to spot a tail...some quick turns down side streets will show fast if someone is following you...lose them before going home. No problem.

They can track you easily on satellites and watch exactly where you go if they really want to. The technology is there and at their disposal whenever they need it. Much safer to order from a reputable online source to a safe address as your personal credit card information and the encrypted transactions, plain brown packages showing up, etc. are much harder to investigate than simply watching people buy stuff in person like sitting ducks. I know people safely buy stuff from private auction listings on ebay from several big sellers on there.

Im livin in CO and I personally LOVED going to the shop because people were friendly and always had the right answers to my questions, but after this bullshit, I wont ever be stepping foot in a shop again, its the first of many to come im sure! Does anyone know if a local shop will ship to you?

Goto a payphone and call your local shop, you can fax or email your order too many times which may prevent anyone from listening in on what you are ordering on their phone which is most likely tapped. I have always just assumed that someone is always listening, and even being a legal medical user with a debilitating & painful illness I still am paranoid of the feds kicking down my door for buying stuff even though last time I grew I had like 5 plants lol. It's surely hard to break the mindset of being quite paranoid for so many years before I finally moved here.

Arent there other, larger cases they could be working on, for instance cocaine smugglers, or meth labs? When the fuck is the DEA going to get it through their heads that pot is not harmful, people are not dying over it, and it actually brings alot of people peace! O thats right, until the fucks in congress pull their heads out of their asses and listen to the message we have been bringing for YEARS, its still going to happen unfortunately...

In the past I have been blatantly tailed by an unmarked crown vic when leaving a certain hydroshop around here (this was years ago, I no longer go there of course). They followed all the way until I reached state lines (and this is in one of the most liberal part of the country where poss is not even a crime)... Thankfully I had the foresight to take a friend's car that is in no way tied to me and didn't go back to the grow...

Seriously though, it pisses me off... They don't bother the dopeboys or the prostitutes walking on the street, but they are all over my ass for buying some dirt. Makes sense, most cops are stupid, so of course they are lazy too...

Wow I wouldnt be surprized if it happens all the time. But thats kinda low of leo to do us like that but think about it if they make a presence and few arrests everyone will get the idea quick so easy for us to avoid, our win their loss.

Heres a story I live in las vegas and last year me and a buddy of mine went to a popular smoke shop in town to obtain some new glass. We take my fully legal vehicle we were smoking before we left and left all the "good stuff" at the house. So we make it down there and a few parking lots over we see a 3 car leo squad and they got some fool on the hood of the car and leo is holding a pack of sweets arguing with the guy anyways me and the buddy look at each other kinda like wtf? so we say fuck it we got nothing to hide and park and enter the shop. We enter everything seems cool about 5-10 mins of looking around the clerk says I just seen some guy get chased down by leo after leaving the shop we were like for real so we start chating just shooting the shit we both pick out a piece I got a bubbler my buddy got a regular toker and some smokes about 45 minutes have passed since we were in the shop so we head out carefully we notice the leo is gone so we were happy get in the car turn up the music light up a cigs and start rolling I get about two streets down at a stop sign and woot woot the same 3 car squad is behind me I pull over two of them head to the car and aggresivly ask us both for ids me for the insur and registration I hand him it and he goes back to his car and he sends the others up to my car the first thing they say is we were seen leaving a drug infested zone and failed to use my blinker when leaving the parking lot they ask us to step out and asked if they can search I said sure me and my buddy are sitting on the curb like wtf is going on? they find the clean pieces and begin to ask what we plan on useing them for we say tobbacco sir with a smirk on our face they continue to search and harass us for about a hour they come back and warn me and my buddy to stay out of the area next time its trespassing give me a ticket for the turn signal and tell us they get us next time we got our pieces back and went home to never step in a smoke shop again unless in the next town peace and stay safe.
