A) Didn't you say you were leaving? B) Why the drama then? C) it would take some drastic subjectivity to reach the conclusion that my posts here are in violation of TOU. D) you are against growing cannabis for any other use but non profit MMJ, why would you want to be on icmag?

Well its great to see that the feds are using the exact same thing that they have been doing now from the 1990's. Its called "Operation Green Merchant". They go to the local hydro shops, they stake them out and based on the fact that you got some shit from them, they get kick in the doors. Understand that the local cops are now Federal Marshals and if they are questioned about what they are doing, they then will say that there is a secret grand jury investigation going on with this. That will allow them to do whatever they want and they will never have to produce any type of paperwork to back up what they are doing. Because its secret. If you have your lawyer ask for anything proving that they are a part of this secret investigation, they don't have to because its a secret. They other thing is that they will use cookie cutter warrants. This means that the warrants will all be detailed in the exact same way with just the names changed. This means they its very likely that they will say that they went to your house and went thru the trash finding fresh leaves, etc, but they really just saw you at the hydro shop and you fit the profile, then the doors get kicked in. The sad thing is the local hydro shop is often forced to help these sad excuses of police with this process. The cops come into these shop and say that they have found their produce guides and they say that they will charge the hydro shop owners if they don't allow the cops to come in and do there dirty deeds. I am not saying that this is the case with this instance. I am just saying that in the past this is how its worked. The best thing to do is share the information. If many where busted, get together and talk about what they did and how they did it. Its sad to see that in damm near 30 years they haven't done anything thing different. The same old fucked up tactics. I wish you all luck.

if you read my story you would know the answer to your questions.
If i did shut down, how would i be able to shut down with the detectives sitting in a car down the road from the house? i mean, plants can really be flushed down a toilet. What do i do with all the plants? lights? equipment? i dont think shutting down a grow house is easily done with cops watching you from down the road, call me strange.

That was the double post I mentioned above. He and I were debating economics in the other thread I linked to and he got really mad because anyone who would imprison anyone else over a flower was no friend of mine.
That is the long and short of it but the was the usual two month long back and forth until he blew up in that double post.
I really hope people in CO refuse to convict other Coloradoans over weed, because thankfully a lot of CO residents smoke weed and don't believe in the immoral federal position.

say good by to the small business in our places we live and what about trespassing is you walk up on some one's land to sniff around is that not trespassing? and even if they don't smell it they could say they did and you really can't prove other wise this is BS.
uh yeah, I'm pretty sure the first lesson I learned when I joined overgrow 6 years ago is to never drive directly home from the hydro store. drive out of your way, if you notice someone following you, don't go to the grow. go run errands, stop for lunch. I know my Car isn't registered to my grow spot. so getting my plate isn't going to give them my addy.
