Hey Guys!! Great to see everyone!!!

Hey brother Useful

I feel ya. Its always a little nerve racking when someone pops one of your babies, especially right in front of the whole world. I don't think you have a thing to worry about!! She is the pick of the litter as far as Im concerned. I promise to do my best to do her right!!LOL

Its sign all right!! A sign that there is some FIRE in that baby!!!!! I have to be careful don't want to get burned!!!

Ya gonna have peps beating down the door for this one!!!:tiphat:

Thanks again for spreading the love my way!! You will always be The Man!!

bigganjabud Good ta meet ya, and thanks for the feedback.

Im digging the Bodhi gear. Brother Useful told me they kicked ass and I have to agree. He has never steered me wrong and he still hasn't!!

Soma, well we will just have to agree to disagree on that one. Bad experience there and we will just leave it at that.

Never had the opportunity to run any of the Bomb or Sweet seeds offerings. Ill have to add them to my list to give a go.

kin_dawg Welcome!!! Thanks for the props!!:tiphat:

WOW Your the first person I have heard that didn't just love the aurora!! Just like ya said it happens. They all can't be keepers.

Like the sound of the Lemon velvet pheno from the magic bud. Sounds sweet!!!

Funny how so many sports are found in freebies. I couldn't agree with ya more that hype and supply and demand drive the prices of some of the high dollar strains. Though there are some breeders out there that are more than willing to jack the price up just to line there pockets.

Ya have to let us know how the RP Sour Kush turns out. I would be interested to know if you got that bag appeal you have been looking for. I hope so at that price. Was that Euros or pounds?? Either way kinda pricey!! Hope they are worth it.

waveguide Whats going on???

ROFLMAO!! That's some funny shit right there. Im just like you brother. Always looking to Dummy down a bit!! LOL of course if I dummy down much more I wont be able to function.

Guaranteed Ill post a smoke report!! Unless I forget.LOL:biggrin:

Holler at yall in a short with a few pre harvest pics.

Peace

Pre Harvest

Pre Harvest

Well its about time for the mango to come down. The GTE and friends are knocking on the door so they have got to go.

The big Sat has taken a nice fade on.

View image in gallery

She should yield well over a Lb. She has a little foxing going on showing her heavy Sativa lineage.

picture.php
Nice and frosty!! Lemon, mango smell with a little skunky funky undertones. I LIKE IT!!!
The stretch indica has taken on a decent fade. Could be better but hey what the hell.
Full on Ripe mango smell. Under better condition would have been a yielder. She was over come by the big Sativa beside her.

The final Mango is being a bit stubborn. She has finally started fading. Being on straight water for the past couple of days I don't see how she couldn't. She could go a little longer but time is just about up.

Smell is an Afg funk initially but finishes with a mango orange. Kinda weird but that how it comes out. Im not complaining.
harvest will begin tonight so Ill pop up a pic or two of them hanging for a little better perspective.
Hope this helps someone out.
Peace

Have you checked out peakseedsbc.com or oregongreenseeds.com in oregon? About 4 bucks a seed. Make sure its not just peakseeds.. I hear that a scam site.

kin_dawg Thanks for the props brother. We do our best!
Damn!!! So many to dampen off??? WOW I think I would have been chucking that coco in the bin! That had to hurt your feelings. $200 down the tube. I would have been pissed!!
Great that ya at least was able to make it happen. Cant keep a good man down!!:tiphat: Enjoy, sounds as if you have definitely earned it.

HI, Skeeterass welcome.

Both peak and Oregon green seed are on my list to give a go. Unless OGS has updated, she was out of most strains the last I checked. For Peak its more a matter of picking a strain and shipping the MO out. If they had an online payment option, they would already be in hand.

Thanks for stopping in guys. Fixing to post up a few pics from the Sativa chop chop.

Talk to yall in a bit.

Sativa chop

Sativa chop

Hey guys!!

Well started the Mango harvest last night. Due to my trimming partner having a paper due today. We decided to only take the Sativa Phenotype and give the other 2 another day or so to fade.

Didn't have a pair of loppers large enough to take the whole plants so she had to come out in pieces! Here is the remnants.

Should yield around a Lb from this one. Here she is on the hang.

Here is a shot of the stretch Indica that's been covered up for pretty much the entire grow. Given enough light she would have produced well. Since she was shaded out yield will only be moderate. Still she finished at 5' and took on some nice colors
.

This is the last phenotype. Frostiest of the bunch. Lowest yield but with training would probably increase dramatically. Still a lovely plant. Finished at just over 4'.

The last 2 will be harvested over the next couple of days. Hoping for them to fade just a bit more.

One last pic to post.

Last of the harvest update.

Here is a pic of the bud that snapped off of the sativa after dry.

Not as frosty, since she snapped off a week or two early.

Weighed in at 48 grams after we took about 5 or 6 grams for sampling purposes.

Had 1 bean tucked away inside, so there was definitely some hermi action going on. Wasn't to bad so don't expect more than a few from the entire grow.

Smoke from her is decent. Not the most potent but this bud was early so the final product should be better.

Taste of Lemon Mango orange. Very pleasing.

High is a good all around buzz. Starting in the head, with a surprising amount of body influence. Leaves you with a nice tingly feeling.

Over all, Im happy with the results.

Peace

Well..I just came in for the nite from the honky tonk and read this...heady...I will fill ya in on the honky tonk...LOL..M.R. GT already knows about it. Anyway...I wholeheartedly agree with Heady...you do a FINE job brother. I just can't wait to see you blow up them GT seeds in them buckets...I have a feelin that you are gonna have quantity and quality at the same time. Although you already have PLENTY of both. Just a gut feelin.:dance013:

When you deal with peak plan on a 3 week turn around time. It's the mail system, not him. And OGS seed availability can change day to day I've noticed. You should check everyday if you are in a hurry. Fast shipping though and no customs to worry about.

Hey heady Got ya brother.

It may come off as flattery but the truth is the truth. Both Useful and yourself grow some of the frostiest dank around!!! That's a FACT!!

I will take that pat on the back!! its much appreciated. Means even more coming form you guys. :tiphat:

Ill be running the trim through bubble bags. Useful turned me onto the Wonder washer trick. Cant wait to give it a go. A little 25u full melt should be nice.

Honky Tonking was ya brother Useful?LOL Feeling mighty fine I would imagine.:tiphat: Few shot of the Old Rebel Yell and couple bowls of the White Lotus hash. That will get ya right!!! Wish I was there!!

Hope your right about the GT's. Wont be long now. They are blowing up fast. Cant wait to get the Mango out and the others in. Should be fun!

Thanks for heads up Skeeter.

I have been discussing Peak with my buddy for a while now. Good to know about the 3 week turn around. Was thinking about a small order. Just a couple of packs. MO or cash through the mail is not my favorite method of purchasing.

I haven't looked at OGS in a while. She had her site down the last time I looked. Ill have to swing in and see if she has it back up. Need to drop her a line and get a recommendation on an indoor strain to run. Most of her gear excels outside in the PNW. Not sure how it will react down here in the South.

Pulled down another Mango last night. Just got to up load some pics and Ill post them up.

Holler at yall in a short.

Mango harvest

Mango harvest

Stretch Indica Phenotype. Most definitely a cola dominate plant. Yield suffered from being over shadowed by the BigSativa. Still should dry out to about a 1/4LB

Before trim. Showing here fall colors. Could have used a little more fade but the time just isn't there.

After trim. Would have filled in nicely in a better position in the grow room.

GTE and Friends at day 28 from seed drop. Knocking on the door hard!!

Fairly short and stocky. Bushing out nicely. No problem finding a cut on these.

ES X SB/Ogre99. Right in the middle. Short and stout. Big old fat indica leaves.
Blowing up fast!!! Should be ready for flower by the weekend.

Peace

M. R. GT,
Man those starts look killer. Why are they so short with so many branches? I do not see a light source in any pix. What kind of light and how far away? All the starts I have seen are like 2-3 inches tall with just the starter leaves and one set of first leaves. Even when these are transplanted and buried up to the first leaves they still stretch and never look as dense as your inter nodal length. Is it the genetics or have you selected for shortness?

Great thread and thanks for the info.
