next time you run into problems where one of your girls has to be removed just take as many clone's as you can off lower unimportant growth shoots on the plant you have.spend one week rooting them, then put them all in the same net pot. thats empty. they will do somthing. and they'll only be a week behind your big girl.

Looks great! You'll never look at soil the same way. Micro hydro is the way to grow.
If you do get the need to tie her down, which it looks as if you might, what with the bible being the only extra distance she can get.. maybe turn the tupperware 180 and pull her over and down back into direct light? Just a thought, but its better to do earlier rather than later cause the plant can easily point itself back at the light when its young.
Maybe you could tie it down a lot and add another bible??
Normally with micro plants i pinch off the very lowest branches, they probably aren't even going to amount to enough to get you high and since they aren't being illuminated they are feeding off the plant rather than contributing to it. The plant keeps them with the expectation that even the lowest tiniest branches may be pollinated to produce viable seed. Picking them off may not have a measurable effect but i always do just for good measure. Just the very lowest though normally, maybe a few runty upper ones.

This is an amazing thread, its the micro grow i've been dreaming of: pc case, hydro, SIMPLE! Please keep us posted I really want to see what kind of yield you get out of this. I would do what some previous posters said and cut off those lower branches, the popcorn buds you get from those are normally sub-par and in this situation I would imagine they are useless.

midweek update: it is beginning to look like one big bud. I can just see trichs starting to form on some of the leaves. I'm excited, this ones getting juicy. I may start 3/4 strength nutes sunday, depending on what i see.

looks like a great start to a life filled with joyfull nugs. looks more than great for a first timer. for the next installment. i would research on scrog or lst or something to get more out of them but other than that looks good. the best smoke i ever smoked was of my own grow and maybe just cuz i grew it damn im stoned and blah blah

sorry the update is coming a little early this sunday. I have some family events later on today, so I don't think I will be able to take pictures before my girl goes to sleep.
Shes triching up, I see little crystals everywhere.
Some bad news, the top bud got a little bit light burned. Something to fix for next time definitely. I noticed there is about an inch above the lights, so i am thinking next time either 3 or 4 26W bulbs and have them touching the ceiling. It think bending the plant is a bit out of the question as of now, because the main stalk is really big and firm.

It think bending the plant is a bit out of the question as of now, because the main stalk is really big and firm.

Plans for the next go-around? LST? Scrog? Now that you know it is capable, it's time to maximize! I'll be pming you for more details on on your ultra mini hydro setup after my harvest, I feel it's time for yet another (3rd) case rebuild. Looks great douche!

some signs of when plants are ready to harvest include white hairs are no longer forming, where the brown hairs are, the calaxyes are very swollen,and many visible thc crystals can be seen.
