Keep crushing it Chunky.

After plowing everything in last night it looked like this and I was thinking I was done, everything was nice and fluffy.

we had a massive thunderstorm after I finished plowing and I started thinking I should bite the bullet and get some more perlite, last year I mixed in maybe 6 bags or so.
today I got up and visited a different farm supply after learning their 7 cu foot perlite was only $15! I decided I'd take 20 bags if they would fit on my trailer and when I got there I discovered they also had rice hulls for the same price and they are compressed so you really get more than 7 cu foot in a bag.
I got 10 bags of each and put 8 bags/ 2 yards of Rice hulls on the patch.

I dumped 9 bags of the perlite on top of the rice hulls and started making passes with the rotary plow working from the middle out and piling the media in the middle.

I had a pile about 2 feet deep after the first time around of the fluffy stuff.

after another 30 passes mixing and spreading or so I quit and tomorrow I'll rake into piles and start putting in the clones!

Nice looking room!! All 2.0 in there?
Middle row 2.0
On the left Tropicana Cherry
On the right Rotten Cherry
So I been grinding here on re working last years plot with additional wood chip compost. I'm really happy because I'm ready to put plants in the ground tomorrow and last year didn't get them into the ground until late june- mid july.
I'm going to have monsters this years!!! I widened the patch a bit and made it longer too, it's 75' x 12-16' wide now, about 1000 sq feet.
I had serious shroom action in the patch and on my piles already this spring.

this is a load of compost, check out the big chunk of mycelium in the middle.
the stuff is full of worms and bugs and well inoculated with many varieties of mushrooms.

I started filling in between last year's mounds with the compost then added more and raked it level.

I figure I moved in about 4-5 yards all together then started on ferts.

I put down 80# lime, 80# Gypsum, 50#Rock Phosphate, 50# Bonemeal, 50# Kelp, 50# Alfalfa pellets, 4# Humic acid, 3.5# Sulfate of potash to till in.
cleaned out a friends chicken coop and got over 100#s of shit, put about 60#s down to till in and i'll top dress the rest.
for Woo-Woo this year I bought a 50# bag of dried molasses that's used to sweeten pig feed, put about 40# down and saved 10 for my tomatos.
I'll add more of everything but lime as a top dress after it's planted out in a few weeks.

How do you keep them watered? I have six 3x3 holes that I struggle to keep well water in the hottest months.
Sorry guys I don't have any other options. This is DoubleTripleOG. My computer at home and phone got hacked. I lost all my email's, and all my sign in info for all social media was changed, I just made this profile. So I don't have any messaging privilages or anything. I can't even PM Gypsy or Skip. If someone could please pass the message on. Have anyone from admin contact me. So I can recover my real account here. I know who hacked me. Just not gonna post it out in the open. I know the hacker well, so no threat of exposure. He just wants my entire online reputation/history, wiped. So I have to start over.
Okay final one I promise lol.
These 2.0 came down yesterday on day 70. Had some pretty decent weight. This is seven plants in 3 gallon pots of coco fed twice a day.

So you hauling the battery back and forth ? Any way to maybe set up a cheap solar battery charger in the grow patch ?there's a pond on one side and a stream on the other, last year I had a 12V pump in the stream with a hose, this year I might try to gravity feed from the pond.
the supply place I found the rice hulls at has all the gear for driplines and timers so It might be possible to get away if I run the lines.
