Wally, Sam that is the only way that makes sense but unfortunately it seems like making sense has no bearing on US drug policy. Over the years they have succeeded in ignoring anything that points to legalization. I think it was Nixon who had a panel put together on herb and when they came out with their recomendation (decriminalzation) he ignored it. To be honest I no longer expect any major change in our drug policy in my lifetime. Of course I wish things weren't this way, I've felt like an outcast for forty years, I can't begin to imagine what it would be like to not be branded a criminal. Hope springs eternal but I just don't see it happening.
