Spending even a second regretting ANY life choices is ALWAYS a waste of time. On the other hand, "live and learn".

I wonder what Earth Plants are psycho-active for the Humanoid ET's.

and for the Gray's, though I think the Gray's are machines.

Could it be as simple as,

ET is here for the ice-plant ?

I'll have to watch that.

If they like sour milk, they probably like Yogurt.

I was a little kid. All I remember is the milk thing and they were bald with Gorbachev like streaks.

I know it was a movie and a TV show. Not sure which I remember the milk thing from.

Das Feuer is im dem Belly!!!

(PS: Herman, have you watched "Wings of Desire"? My favourite movie!!! Ich bin ein Existentialist!)

Hello Teddybrae, i had to watch first, what the german title is? "Der Himmel über Berlin", yes of course i saw the movie 2 times. I love the movie very much! By the way, Bruno Ganz, the angel, died before some weeks.

The sequel "Faraway, so close" is very good also!

The extent to which we don't has a great deal to do with how much propaganda
our corporate masters wish to pour over us.

Yes Gry - most humans are so gullible - and so easily engineered to be at each others throats - divided we shall fall etc.

Gypsy and Gry ... there is a line in the movie Herman and I are discussing which asks why does Society tire of Peace?

I think violence is in our genes. Genetic memory. The cave dweller is still with us.

And there is always Fear. The fight/flight reflex. That is part of Life too ...

thanks Herman! I remember Columbo from the first movie ... but in the trailer of 'Faraway ...' a majority of American actors seems strange.

The stark, function-oriented Berlin city-scape in the first movie impressed me a lot. The Pathos of the old Jewish philosopher trying to find Potsdammerplatz. (I suppose it's ghosts of war. The war, the fucking war! It was SO impressive upon me!)

Hello Teddybrae, here is the english Trailer for "Faraway, so close".

and the U2 song to the movie.

Maybe interesting, "City of Angels" from 1998, with Nicolas Cage is the american remake of "Wings of desire".

Hello Teddybrae, it´s a long time ago, that I saw the 2 movies, but i had a golden Moment, were I remember forever. Maybe anybody knows that, after work, you smoke the first one and the movie starts and catches you and after a time, you "wake up" and thinks wow, what a movie!? Then came all the different voices from the diffrent ordinary People, in the beginning. I had know that the movie shall be awesome but it was better than awesome, also a lot of wisdom. Also a good picture of the old Berlin(Germany) before the reunion.

It´s my personal taste, but i would put all Marvel movies in a trash can for the 2 Wenders movies.:)

It does seem that most humans have a predisposition to violence. It starts with outsiders, and strangers and continues on through friends and loved ones. I for one feel it's really sad that the differences that make life oh so beautiful and amazing can be the catalyst for the destructive forces we unleash upon each other and our surroundings..
