Don't let anything happen to those babies. Hopefully you will have many many seeds to spread the love. I for one would love to donate something for the cause once you have created the beans. I'm trying to get my posts up there to PM folks. It's a long story but I'm not a noobie I've been here for years just under a different name. I've grow a lot of Tom's Salmon Creek Big Bud in in Oregon and always wanted to try Deep Chunk and Pine Tar Kush (PTK)

I love the excitement over this strain. Such a breeders dream. I cant wait to do my next seed run of Deep Chunk. Gonna pop some beans today!!

For sure the fan leaves look very different, but when you cross deep chunk with Ace's panama, for example, some of the offspring look very OG like.
Also, not many genotypes have great frost coverage on both side of resinous leaves like deep chunk, and that "leaf curl" action going on the resinous leaves can be seen in deep chunk and hybrids with OG. These two characteristics, along with the earthy flavors that some report, really make me scratch my head....

And as you can see, the 4+ weeks they already have had in veg, does not make them skyhigh...But a week should do it, to get plenty of seeds.
They are low feeders for sure, so I´m glad I didn´t mix the soil as I usually do. That would have stunned them for a while
I want to make room for a GG#4 cut, as I´m sure that would be a nice cross. I´ve got roots yesterday on a cut, so that´s a tight plan. Otherwise I´ll place a cut that has been in a potski a while now. Thing is, it´s a bigger pot than the ones DC is in, so it´ll be a challenge
The two other cuts in there to be polinated also is AOF and C99

They look happy to me. I'm sure they'll be big enough to yield plenty of seeds.
Sorry if you already mentioned it but were you planning to time the pollination or are you gonna just let it happen when it happens?
I've seen "strategies" where the males were separated from females and kept in veg for a week longer to give the ladies time to flower a bit to make more seed.
Ive also seen people collect pollen from the individual males then mixed together before dusting the females. I believe the theory is that being that plants are so small that the males that drop pollen the fastest will have all the fun. Collecting it from each male insures they all get to play.
Prob no need to over complicate the project though. Just wondering.
