Plants are looking sooooo healthy, and nice growth after a month. Fingers crossed those clones take off....looks like a good method. Do you wait till they show roots then put them into a grow medium eg peat pellets.
Nice buds also, good macro there, wish my camera could do that.

The WW has its hairs saturated in trichome goo!
All i did was stick a jewelers loupe over the camera lenz bro.
Ive never used bubbler cloning before but from what ive read, to transplant from aero/bubbler to soil, you need to do it while the roots are small and dont let them get too many long water roots.
Planting them with one inch or so of root growth is what im aiming for.
Ill be planting them as normal once they have roots, straight into the usual medium mix with a little vermiculite added aswell i think. I love the way that stuff feels...

Thanks for stoping in wickyd, the strains are going well, fairly uniform and pretty hardy.
Im not expecting a large yeild from the Deep chunk but hopefully the smoke will be a treat.

So far one lonely Deep Chunk lady is all there is amung the company of definatly two, possibly 3 young males...
Fugg it...a tiny harvest of DC. Ah well, its all good, could have been all males... Ill keep some kick ass pollen though.
The males are very fast growing with tight nodes spacing.They look good even if they got balls
Ive got some PTK and G-13 seeds on the go. The G-13 dont look like they want to pop though..we shall soon find out.
Heres the two twins from the seedbay mix.
Both males from what i can tell.

Ill keep thec99mix pollen so i can sprout a few dozen babbies in the lower DC flowers..Ive left a few side branches there for that purpose.
They ought to make a nice cross.

It seems the DC is the lowest yeilder of the lot out of the TomHill stuff from what ive read, but that DC/PTK/ Haze mix youve got sounds pretty damn good.
Ill have to stop by and take a look at your garden when your up and running. Sounds like a nice line up man.

For $7 bucks i picked up enough veg ferts to last for several grows. I couldnt walk past that

All of the above was marked down to less than what i usually have to pay for a bottle the third of the size. Its almost as good as getting a sweet car park.

Leeroy your plants are absolutely gorgeous! I can see what you're saying about leaf size...I'm used to growing sativas/sativa hybrids, and with the closet full of pure indicas (except for the Godzuki) now that they're getting bigger I'm gonna be having o do some leaf squashing and trimming, which I hate. I am not a plant pruner...don't like to remove what nature put there for a purpose....but I think I won't have much choice.
What did the Deep Chunk seeds look like? Were they huge like the PTK? Never seen seeds that big! Anyway, happy flowering, I'd say your ladies are going to face 12/12 in the best possible conditions from the looks of them. Great stuff!

Yeah the DC seeds were friggen huge just like the PTK's.
I liked the look of the PTKS,really nice colour to them. The DC's were almost opaque in colour. Looked like little eggs
All up i only removed the minimum amount of foliage needed on the Indica's.I hate to take much off too i know what you mean.
I chose the leaves to be removed based on the position to fit in the space better, and to try and allow the light to penetrate to the lower(very small) side branches for later revegging, for clones if i have time.
Its the bottom big fan leaves that tend to fan right out.I cant get over how massive they are. I keep getting stoned and toying of images of ancient mamoth MJ plants
lol, anyway i I opted for a staggered approach. Pyramid almost.
I ended up taking two large leaves from one plant and 4 from another.I couoldnt take any more and it ends up i have to get rid of males now anyway so she will have heaps of space to breathe.
I could have vegged for longer but im desperate to get a small harvest in before the next house inspection :/
Im going for broke and it looks like 3/4 are males.... lady luck is not with me lately but its all good. Life is still better than it ever has been so i shouldnt complain.
