I have read several reports of shiva skunk (Skunk x NL) being the rks. Check out grow reports of this strain, many say true skunk stink.

Later remade by Nevil .

RKS was in Cali at least 5 years before seed Banks were established in Holland .

re new Skunk from Mr Nice .
Nevil said he bred two Sk lines , he segregated from the seeds he got from Sam . The green and the red . He sold them to Shantibaba .

Nice to see the coralation between northern ligts and skunk . backs up my belief of its origins and why there were so many forms of the same genetics . northern lights fits the mystery Afghan timeline .

Any one got/have a leed on nl#1 and or have any info on it ? I have grown nl#2 nl#5 and nl#9 but i heard rumers that nl#1 was the heaviest Afghan leaning of the bunch and had a rks profile ?

Mns Ortega is nl1 x nl5, thats probably the closest you will get to nl1.

Thank you . i had no idea ortega was northern lights but makes sense and from what i have heard ortega can be skunky . deffenitly backing my theory of northern lights being in the rks .

Ortega looks almost identical to the rks s1 that i am familiar with .

Ortega was a name of a strain that mns kind if hijacked for a new strain. Mns ortea was created a few years ago. Dutch passion had ortega indica.


There is also Jim Ortega that was a major player back in the day, there was rumors of Jim Ortega having rks genetics.

MrNice's NL5 x Skunk#1 is made with Nevil's old seed stock
..so it should be from the same original P1 plants as Sensi Seeds' Shiva Skunk. Which generation? i don't know.
I have a pack but haven't grown any yet, nor have i read any grow reports.

I got some of mr nice " the cure " hoping for a genetic treasure trove of genetic potenial . the cure = (Afghan x skunk ) × (haze A × haze C ) and i know nl#1 and #5 are in his haze so any cross's with is should yeild crazy potential. Time will tell .

I am hoping the haze will be easy to breed out of it due to it being easily identified visuly and through its unforgetable terpings .

NL was bred by a group in Seattle .
4 seeds from Afghanistan inbred then crossed to other strains . NL #1 is their Afghani x Afghani#1 from Sam . The # relate to how much Sativa in the mix . NL #5 ; seeds NL crew sent to Hawaii they were crossed to local strain and sent back to CONTUSA . Bxd . 1 cut kept the famous NL #5 . There were Mex , Thai , Colombian and Indian crosses as well .

Not related to the breeding that went into Skunk . That was a Cali thing .

The rks i seek was to the best of my knowledg breed and ran in Washington and past ot to sevarl growers for production . it was around since mid 70s atleast . my resorces say it is still alive and well in tacoma ?

Pretty sure NL Greg said Sam`s Afghan in another post.
NL #1 predates Nevil and the Seed bank by a few years .

NL Greg smuggled the NL#5 cutting into NL in a terrarium . Trimmed the leaves he said . The other NL`s Nevil got were seeds .

The Haze AC male passes a pine type terpene . Haven`t found the Hz A type terpenes in seeds made from it .

C5 x Doors , AG13 x HPHz X Haze AC .

Nordle was low odour in my exp . Hash smells .

Lots of cat pee in the S1's i have of Sam's Thai Haze x Skunk#1

Plants in veg were stinky as shit too, just like the thunk.
