Yes Obama is making the state build $millions$ in roadways, the park land donated is suppose to be for the people and not developed commercially, and the area in in the poor section of town. Those people are not getting the deals they were promised.

Not sure where you get your information. I'm sure repairing roads, bridges and improving broadband internet is really going to displace a lot of poor people and take up lake front property.

If you don't like it. Maybe stay off the bridges and roads when the fix them and go back to dial up internet. Just don't use the infrastructure.

are his "commemorative medals" on sale in there? i forgot to look...i was gonna get one to display alongside the one the KKK gave rally participants that i found in an antique shop outside of Gatlinburg...seemed appropriate. found authentic Nazi memorabilia in Boone NC shop, couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on those. neo-nazi demand keeps the prices too high for actual collectors to afford. kind of like bidding against the Vatican for pieces of the Cross. same place also had genuine Star of David armbands worn by Jews in the ghettos during the war ...VERY steep.

I think they're looking at the polls and suspecting that they may have stepped in something that didn't look good on their shoes, posturing for the folks at home, in anticipation of the mid-terms. Opportunism, manipulation, spin, and really poor B-grade theatre are typically the way of the walk in DC, on both sides of the aisle.
