So I ask is this designed to shut down the message?

Or is it Bigotry?

sometimes both.

i have no problem with Trump & his less intelligent/ more destructive supporters contracting Covid19.

it's like the early days of AIDS, when gay men engaged in a practice called "bare-backing". sex without a condom.

now, we can achieve the same degree of infectious ness by going shopping at a crowded store & not wearing a mask.

if the anti-mask folks want to do something that's approximately as infectious and dangerous as bare-backing ... maybe let them ?

good time to have cash.

bad time to try to sell grow lights on Craigslist ?

another tragic gift from the possible creators of Covid19

the Pediatric Multi System inflammatory syndrome.

6 weeks after getting sick and in some cases just being exposed. they are OK for 5 or 6 weeks then what sounds like an immune system involved thing starts up.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctN34C1fLWo

about 100 children recorded as affected in England and another 100 in New York city. multi system includes the brain, manifesting as confusion and sometimes sleepiness.

related to inflammation & swelling of blood vessels, in several places in the body.

maybe it doesn't happen in old people, because the one's whose immune systems are impaired that badly, end up dying.

one of my friendly retail acquaintances, the woman at the mail box store, her husband went to the hospital gasping for air. probably = Covid19. he had just spent a week in the hospital for cancer.

We're planting what I am calling our "apocalypse garden", but we're just new out here to our property and have tons of work to do before we get to a self-sufficient state. Generating electricity is going to be a tough one. Most people truly do not appreciate how much generator capacity you need for an average American home.

Corona diagnosed in three Dutch cats and a dog

In our country, three cats and one dog were diagnosed with corona for the first time. Most likely, the animals were infected by humans. The dog died. Minister Schouten advises owners who have complaints not to hug their animals and keep their distance from animals. "And if your animal has complaints, call the vet."

The Ministry of Agriculture discovered the infected cats during an investigation at four Brabant mink farms . At those farms, corona was detected at several mink last month. Then it was decided to conduct an environmental survey.

Antibodies found
Antibodies in the blood were found in three farm cats surrounding those mink farms. Therefore, it is believed that the cats have had corona. Also, for the first time in our country, official corona has been diagnosed in a dog. The dog's owner is a 19-year-old owner who owned corona.

The American bulldog developed respiratory problems and was euthanized in late April.

On the basis of international data, Minister Schouten emphasizes that pets are in all cases infected by their owner. "The infection is therefore from man to animal," said Minister Schouten.

She advises owners with symptoms of illness to keep their distance from your pet, in comparison to the rules that apply to people.

"So if you have complaints, don't hug your cat or dog," advises Schouten. And further: "Keep your distance and let your dog out by someone else."

Even if the animal is sick, cuddling or stroking should wait a while.

Go to vet
It will not always be easy to keep your distance, the minister acknowledges. She still has a tip. "If necessary, place your animal in a separate room." Dog and cat owners who have any symptoms should call the vet.

Pets can be tested for corona by vets.

RIVM previously announced that in other countries there are already known cases of cats and dogs that had been infected with the virus. The cats became ill, the dogs according to the RIVM as far as known.

No research
According to the RIVM, the chance of infection is 'small'. According to the institute, the chance that a sick cat with corona can infect a person is also 'very small'. It is not known how many cats and dogs in our country are infected with corona.

Veterinarians are asked to report corona infections to the NVWA. The government hopes to get more clarity about numbers.

of course dogs and cats can provide a host for Covid19.

i'm pretty sure that cats socialize at night but I don't have many pictures of it.

they can transfer Covi19 to other cats, who then bring it home to their owner.

doesn't usually make the cats sick, but it gives the humans a dose of virus particles.

Antibody Effective at Blocking Coronavirus from Human Cells: Sorrento Therapeutics
A major breakthrough to find a solution to the Coronavirus pandemic comes from a laboratory in San Diego

Sorrento Therapeutics believes it has found the first antibody to be used in a cocktail that it's calling COVI-SHIELD. They say it is so effective it could even be used as a stand-alone therapy.

About two months ago, the Sorrento team started analyzing hundreds of antibodies from their library and found about a dozen that blocked the virus that leads to COVID-19 from infecting human cells. Now, from that dozen, they say they've found one that is 100% effective after a period of four days of incubation.

so I was scrolling through some corona headlines and there were ones saying there hasn't been a spike in states that have reopened, and then there was an article stating a spike in cases in texas since they reopened, I think it's way too early to be able to tell if there is going to be a spike since a lot of places haven't even been reopened for a full business week

and as far as I know nowhere has actually fully reopened, there are just businesses that offer curbside takeout and such that realistically probably could have stayed open and offered delivery, and then places like florida that had a shitty response to begin with that have places doing sit in dining with mask and distancing guidelines

I think they are just trying to ease people into feeling normal, as far as I know the original 400,000-500,000 U.S. deaths estimate hasn't changed

they also say that wearing a facemask, if you have the virus, can cause it to concentrate in your nasal passages to the point of being able to enter the brain and cause worse symptoms

I think it's going to get a lot worse, but I doubt the national guard will have to take over grocery stores to ration food or turn megachurches into critical care units or anything like that

My little home town in Southern missouri is a case in point, some restaurants tried to reopen with social distancing but got threats of violence. So they added covid surcharges and were made fun of in the national news. The owner told my daughter who is also a business owner that he was trying to avoid a permanent price increase and a new menu but decided fuck this and printed new menus with higher prices and no one noticed. Workers are stessed, some foods hard to get and the owners required to get customers distanced. Customers do not like all of this.
My daughter has a business and refuse to reopen cshow room. Most of her supplies come from China and she is reluctant to expose herself to the virus due to her unserlying health issues. She was threateded by customers and a FEDEX delivery guy. She called thw sheriff, and made an announcement on facebook she was carrying a weapon and would "stand her ground" if threatened. She has had no more complaints and the deputies check in with her regularly.

City hall, still closed and JCPenneys, the only decent place to buy clothes in that town, is gone out of business....they had two "meth murders" in the past two weeks.

This is a small baptist town in southern missouri.
