i like to just worry about myself ;)

this is something that people seem to be passionate about, hope this doesnt get out of hand. to many CO threads get locked :(

i will have to upload some pictures, its been 16 days in flush and the leaves are still green?
a few of the small buds from the first harvest kinda smell like hay/alfalfa... im guessing this is because they werent as flushed?
good news is, it is only ~1/10 of what i harvested. the rest seems to be drying up good.
It can be hard to dry it slow enough in our low humidity. But the flush shouldn't have much to do with the hay smell.

Petty Offense for 4 ounces in CO ???

Petty Offense for 4 ounces in CO ???

Somehow I missed this one until today... What do you think about this??
How will it impact the medical businesses ?

A commission of Colorado criminal justice leaders voted Friday to recommend reduced penalties for possessing marijuana and other illegal drugs.

If Colorado legislators adopt the recommendations, possessing up to 4 ounces of marijuana would become a petty offense instead of a criminal misdemeanor, and possessing 8 to 16 ounces would become a misdemeanor instead of a felony.

"I think we should move forward," Attorney General John Suthers replied. "Marijuana penalties should be reduced, regardless of what happens" with the clinics.

I find keeping the temps way down when drying here and hanging for much longer works best. I like a range of 50-60F personally. Hay smell is buds drying too fast for sure. No fans, no heat when drying imo.

I'm with ya hoss, a dark closet in the basement is about the best you can do.

Great find! I missed this one as well, This is particularly surprising coming from a Bush appointee, and John Walters lap dog. I can only assume that if Rep Jim Webb's commission ever gets rolling they will come to similar conclusions.

Wow! Looking good meted! The hardest part is waiting for it to cure. It's so dry here that I use jars to help control the drying/curing process. I clip then hang to dry a few days and then it gets broken up into the jars. I open the jars till it feels dry on the outside and then close them till they feel moist again. Repeat until they are dry enough that small stems break when you bend them but not so dry that it crumbles up like dust. Jars work good for me. Does anyone use drying racks? If so what are they constructed out of or where did you get them?

Looking great meted. What kind of cameras do you guys use for your bud shots? I've got a 5 year old digital elph that is a joke and I'm looking to replace it. Any suggestions?

Hey hoss-
I use a digital elph too. its just a sd600. It gets KILLER shots if you:
1-Push the center button (func/set)
2- Change the mode from AUTO to the furthest right and push MENU
3-Select INDOOR

Under HPS it still looks like a perfecly lit shot under flouro's

is that flo being flushed at 43 days already?
Yes, I started the flush at day 40, Flo should finish at 50 days or so.
Hoss, I use a Kodak EasyShareC743 I got at walmart several years ago. It's just a cheap digital, nothing special. Takes decent pics though.

PEACE
