I use a sog screen to train my plants and keep the canopy even. I don't really understand why so many people crowd the canopy with so many plants. It seems silly to risk those charges for too many plants when you can get the same results by training a few plants well. I thought the idea behind sog was to keep the canopy even and use the light as efficiently as possible. I don't think he can claim he invented sog. Maybe the catch phrase or something but people have been training plants for thousands of years. Grape vines, tomatoes, melons, peppers, teas and many other herbs are trained by wrapping them around stakes or trellises, or by nets as the case is with tea.

I have a couple plants growing in the blocks a third time - and no mess

but resivoir change nights are a real drag.

One night every two - or three weeks - life is soo hard some times! lol

I have 2 girlz ready to chop - well pretty close anyways.

Rez's Strawberry D and a freebie Skunk1.

I got word my sour BOG gear shipped 2 weeks ago - I'm on the no news is good news plan, but the post man is got me bitting nails.

Reviewing bean selections,, I have - or will have, C99 f2's, AK-47, Sour Bubble, Sour Saver, LUI, G-13xHP, Blue Sonja (Blockhead F2) and a couple others,,,, decisions, decisions, decisions,,,,,,,

Mosca's stuff won't be f1's. The C99 f1's came from Brothers Grimm, Mosca is breeding f1 stock, but it'll still be f2's, period. :joint:

Do you mean a screen of green? In my opinion, that is the most effective way to increase yield, and keep your plant counts low.. I have a friend who pulled 17oz off 1 SSH plant in a 5 gallon bucket under a screen. I think he vegged it for 2 months ( super cropping was involved as well) but still, he consistently gets about 2 grams per watt using a scrog..

why don't you get C99 f1's from mosca?

Mosca didn't do C99. (Originally that is) yes F2's sounds interesting -but I got nuf beans fer a while,,,,, -
ya made me go look - I have a pack of Head's C99 backcross and a pack of their G-13 Diesel
here's Head's descript of C99bx

Mom from original C99 pack...
Taste like sweet citrus candy... I think it's more like pink grapefruit candy, but Crazy Composer describes it as sweet pineapple... There are some pics of her in my gallery, and I'll show some of the seeded mom later... The fathers are inbred C99 selected for the usual things I look for in a papa... They're being done indoors in a sealed room...

I'm burning some of AnnaC's Yummy-D

and it really IS!

well Mosca's F1's came from 2 parent stocks..bro's grimm and reeferman, from what I was told. There are some up on the bay as I type, also a BX.

"Cinderella 99 F1 is the result of recombining two distinctly different Cinderella 99 inbred lines which gives rise to a main phenotype with some variation."

Meh, I'd rather just get the pineapple c99 cut from Delta-9, save all the hassle.

Someone has to crack those beans to get those dank cuts..

Good point, it'd be worth it purely for the males, not to mention finding new phenos.

I have a cut that I got from a friend called sweat pineapple. Maybe its the same thing? IDK. It smells like pineapple when its budding for sure but the finished product doesn't smell that much like pineapple. It is really good though. I smoked it all through thanksgiving cause it was the pick of the litter.

I think thats a more correct term "screen of green" or low stress training (LST screen). I use the 5 gallon buckets as well. I veg for 4 to 6 weeks and then throw them into flower. I have two identical RDWC systems in my flower room so that I can stagger my harvests. I am creeping up on 2GPW without co2! What is super cropping?

my limited knowledge is that its when you bend the stems almost to the point of breaking them, but not to the point where the plant cant recover?

but i could easily be wrong

Correct, or you rub the stem between your fingers till it gives way, then let it heal.

Some plants respond well, some don't..there are some that the stems are so sturdy that you can't bend them without snapping them.

all i know is supercropping is almost essential for when u pack on the weight,so yr colas dont fall over, which is happening to me now, sure bamboo stix work, but i feel supercropping will give u bigger colas imo
