CMH vs LED vs HPS

Yeah, in space if you really wanted to. The question is viability though. Which can be weighed up purely as personal profit, and generally is. Or you can take the slightly wider view, and look at global security. If the whole planet was your personal farm, where would you grow your green.

Obviously if you don't believe in global warming, or anything else that seems restrictive, the conversation ends here.
Canary Islands for shure.

You will need a large enough area for 6500 watts. I use 1 HLG diablo led, 1, hlg 320w led 1 Mars 680w led, 1 mars 250w led, and 1 1kw CMH 2900 watts in a 10x10.

Experimenting and observing the reaction of the plants is gonna give you way better advice than any of us codgers on this board

A friend of mine uses 4x 880w Mammoth Mint White Series in a 10 x 10. Thats 3520w. One light for each 5 x 5.

Mammoth has a very high GREEN spectrum. Mammoth White Series are 4800k. Also has the new Evo chips. 437nm, and are supposed to inhibit mold, and mildew.

Has a 437nm-730nm spectrum. UV Bars 100w also available. 2711umol.

I've had really good results in flowering using a Samsung 200W 2000K outdoors caster that is very rich yellow, so I was thinking of implementing it side by side with the Mars Hydro I am currently using, hoping to see an improvement in yeld; and if not that at least quality.

They are legit made; custom 3die white diodes with narrowband phosphors, custom reds with same epis and parts as cree xlg, nichia uvs, world leading in efficiency. Theyve not saved a dime anywhere on this. They look pricey on their web but remember its aus $ and to deduct sales tax if your outside of Australia.
