Yep, in the past we had balance, a high strength source and somewhat nice spread, reflector mfgs did their best to balance the spread of HIDs
Now we have A+ spread but no strength.
LEDs don't have balance, they were able to divide the light to many places, but they forgot they sacrificed other important parameters natural light sources share.

I told you man……its just gonna frustrate you. They do not have basic understanding. If you present data to them or photos, they will just scoff at it, say their bullshit unfounded piece and name call or laugh. They will never step toe to toe and present their own evidence or photos of anything concrete. Its a losing battle and they can die on their hill for all im concerned. They dont like “paragraphs”. They dont think science is reality. They dont appreciate data or photos, the buds “look fake” or “like plastic”. Snake hasnt heard of photobleaching…….an industry standard issue nearly any hps experienced grower should be familiar with….especially with 1000w. It wont get better, its just getting worse. IR its not something what is good...its just part of hps and hids light even MH have it more than HPS.

People are fooled they buy leds for electricity cost....and they get lower quality buds.
Why becouse they air cooled room and its not good with leds light. It only good if outside is not lower than 26C....I had great led grows in summer when air is very hot and very dry.

If you air temp is 22-24C plants can look good under leds but I know they are half rubish.

Its not about light source you are funny man.
Grow with hids on 28C you will get burned hay....
Just radiant head from hps make more better conditions for plants grow in air cooled grow rooms.
If you have air that is 26-28C to cool your grow room put HPS and leds Im 100% shure you will get better plants with leds.

Put them in 21C room temp...led buds will be just like you say watered down trash.

What are your temps in GR I see there boron deficency that stop use of calcium.
It can begin with to dry air...but its not the case 100%...more its like plant are freezing and it stop water respiration and plant metabolism is very slow.
And in reality they look not so good for new genetics.
There is much more space for improvment

This was the first run of super old stressed out plants. We didnt have equipment dialed into vpd this run. The genetics are great, we still fetch top dollar in a flooded market with constant demand. But thanks.

I've grown with LEDs in 26c and 30c, 30c was better no doubt, but still garbage
And I grow with my HIDs at 29-33c, no burned hay but funky smelling dope that make me stress everytime I go to sleep fearing from the cops
It is all about the light source, that's what you don't understand, the closer it is to the perfect light source (sun) the better, the IR and heat is just a bonus in hps as it exists in the sun aswell.

Just stick to my recipe dry air around 40% and stick with temps around 28C 26-30C swings.

And tell me when you finish next time did you see the difference.
