sorry to show up late. that's a fine looking cabinet there sir. never ceases to amaze me what you fellas can get done in the smallest of spaces—to say nothing of the amounts of money you'll spend to produce a QP of flowers. i really admire your commitment to the craft.

Sunset Limited and XmobotX,
thanks for the kind words!

Wish I could have a bigger, more spacious grow. Man, I love this whole grow thing hehehe.
But as it is, I'll have to make the most out of this little cabinet and an additional, small tent with a 250 hps.
Within this setup, I'll just try and optimize things. Getting there, but nowhere near the end hahaha ;-)
If all the buds on the horizontal branches below the screen start pumping up, t should be nice an full of buds in there.

take care & stay safe

Hey southflorida and nephrosis,
Thanks for stopping by.
Yeah there's room in the smallest of cabins hahaha.
If you need to only supply yourself, spaces become an option that you normally never think of when it comes to growing. Of course you need to tweak things and adjust shit to get everything running smoothly with that limited amount of space, especially things like temps, rh, waterings and odor control, but it's totally worth it.
Even if you end up spending much more $ on your equipment than, let's say a tent and a 400W HPS [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]

Update day76/ 32 of flower

Update day76/ 32 of flower

BongJour Amigos,
Here's another update, we're at day76 from seed/ day 32 of flower.

picture.php

I thought I could show you the look of the plants after a defo session this time, but buds are starting to swell and it has become a thicket once again.I'll do a final defoliation in about 10 days.
RH has gone up to 55%, I have switched the fan to 3 to get more air exchange.temps remain the same.

In the little clone compartment under the PL-Ls all cuts have rooted by now and are stretching their tiny roots into a mix of coco and worm castings. No need to feed as of now, the worm castings have enough nutrients to last for a while. These girls are to become bonsai moms btw, think I mentioned somewhere already. You can see how the ones on the left were the first to root, the right side was the second wave and the girls in the middle we're just potted today.

So far everything looks good and all I have to do is make sure to refill the res every 3 days. Think I might get me a bigger one next time hahaha.

Take care everyone, keep g(r)oin' and stay safe!

Hey Kanibal & b0nZai.b0b,
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the props !

b0nZai.b0b, the middle one in the back is still looking a bit roughed up, leaf tips all yellow and shit.
She took really long to root and was just potted today, so not so many nutrients in her veins hahaha.
But she will be allright in a couple days!

Cheers,

Hey kmc21,
It's the so-called hans panel, a guy in the netherlands manufactures them.
Good little panel for small cabinets, great efficiency

Wassup tleaf jr., 6 cuts taken, six bonsai moms getting ready ! thank you !

Damn that light is similar cost per watt as mine... looks like a much slimmer profile though it is quite a bit wider and no lenses... Pretty neat. I sure want one now....

Hey MrCopyZ,
Yeah it's pretty slim. I don't have much headroom left as you can see hahaha.
No room for a fat LED panel.
The whole back is basically one big heat sink ( made out of aluminum I think) and it's cooled by a small computer fan blowing directly onto it. No lens either, as lenses apparently mean a loss of about 10% of light ( I heard...).
Not sure about the physics behind it all, but it works and gives off very little heat ( the LEDs are not run at full capacity, therefore staying relatively cool..)
