Pretty sure what you were smoking was Orange Crush. Shit was everywhere in the 90s. Not sure if it's related to the Vic high seed line but that's what everyone called the orange bud in that area at the time.Looking for that real orange too!lol man that was the bees knees in the early 90's in Compton,it was the "rapper weed" of today... .8 for $20 lol

Yeah man, orange crush was some really good smoke. I remember having a dude out in Huntington Beach, and one in Carson which is next door to Compton. They both had the same exact thing. Some crew was blowing it the fuck out for sure. Damn I miss that weed.Orange Crush was GREAT !
Original Cali-O x Blueberry.
It was the fastest sprouting seeds ever.
All 5 seeds in Rockwool, up within 24 hours
A very memorable grow.
I also grew Skunk x Afghani from Marc Emery, in that batch, which may not sound like much, but it was high quality potent bud.
Same thing. People were expecting an orange taste, but it was an orange appearance. Hence the name change.Dankwolf, your 2004 description of Sensi is of their California Indica, which is a known cross of the California Orange and an Afgani, I believe. This is not the description for the Cali Orange. Thank you for all your information.Greatly appreciated.
from my friends research, the original Cali-O was taken to Amsterdam by clone, and that seeds of the California Orange Bud, aka Cali-O don't exist.
If Sam the Skunkman did indeed take it over to A-Dam, he made a post in Feb. 2016, where he says that he only sold Nevil seeds, no varieties. I take that as nothing in clone form.
If you can find sweet pink grapefruit,or sweetooth#3,i grew them both multiple times, amazing sharp gelrapefruit taste/smell and the high was incredible!the happiest, upbeat fumtime strain i ever smoked!!you might want to find some of these seeds if they exist still....i know the spg cut still floats around.I'm just trying to create an upbeat daytime strain that tastes great, looks great, is great for motivation, a real daily driver, if you will, without getting couch locked like a lot of the newer strains
That Cali Indica of Sensis was the best representation of Orange I've ever smoked.Same thing. People were expecting an orange taste, but it was an orange appearance. Hence the name change.
