hey krusty just to add my .02 in my experience with scrog more bud sites is not always better - as a rule of thumb I would shoot for 6-8 per square foot. any more and you'll end up with more popcorn than the 20 or so 4-9 cola's you really want.

Hello all old and new. Great to see everyone producing still with the C13.

Here are some of DJ Short Flo clones that were started in 16oz beer cups for a month under fluor before the transplant to 4 gal of BioBizz soil under 250W MH.

Okay guys.... no bullshitting, I just harvested 317g = 11.36gr from my C13. That is a very dry weight with a 3 stage harvest 1 week apart with a 400W hps, DWC/Drip hybrid.

Hey HIDEyourBUD - I moved the filter to the back of the cabinet when I got the 400 HPS in there. I also ended up cutting some extra holes in the shelf to allow freer air flow. temps are 78 max on the shelf 72 max at plant height. smell is not an issue with the filter on the back.



I wish I was better prepared to start this round with a bunch of clones...

Thanks Sugabear_II, It seems that a scrog with shit load of buds instead of a few large cola's is the best way to get nice yeild...and the 3 stage harvest prolly gave me an extra ounce or two.

Scrog is definately the way to go with closet setups, due to the light penetration, better bang for the buck/space. I have to kick my butt someday and setup a nice scrog.

thanks to maliboo for his posts on good ol OG .he too helped motivate me to grow some of the finest cannabis ever in a c 13 . nice to see alot of the old sckool c 13 people from OG here too ..
my cab specs :
of course, the mills pride c13
1 eco plus 140 cfm
1 6" 400w cool tube (reduced to 4 " to fan)
1 "sun scrubber " carbon filter
1 tork model t 101 timer
and some other odds and ends for passive intake ....
its been working well and is usually about 10 degrees F above ambient temp
i'll post some pics soon too
i use a sog type set up wit some 1/2 or 1 gal grow bags i like the variety of between 12 and 20 different plants . what can i say ? i love cannabis !

hey hybridtek! ok the way i have the cool tube hooked up iswith one end open pulling the cabinet air through where the bulb is to a piece of flexible 6" dryer duct tube to a 6"x4" reducer( b/c my fan is 4") the fan is inline and sits drectly on the reducer which is set in a hole in the shelf .... then exausted through the top of the cabinet (not exactly stealth though ) with 4 " flexible dryer duct to the carbon scrubber which stands on the floor . i'll try to get some pics posted .... kinda new at this forum activity so...

sun scrubber carbon filter

the holes were cut with a 4" hole saw(top) and a jigsaw 6" hole in shelf for 6x4 duct reducer .
the intakes are : (4) 2" pvc elbows in the bottom painted black and stuffed (loosely)with disposable (or reusable )a/c filter material .also i installed (2) 4 inch round darkroom louvers which didn't work as well as i thought they would so i ended up having to stuff them with the filter material and duct tape some filter material to the outside wall over the louvers also (doh!)but it is light tight and that is what matters .... well its me first ever cabby and it works so yay! peace , hidingtree

HashAssasin, Gotta love those 4 inch fans-5.49 at wally world. I have about 8 of them- bought plenty of spares.

I have noticed many others here that have the same ones as well.

I ahve mine hanging just as yours are.

Yes, I was on OG where I first discovered the old C13 thread in Aug./Sept. of 2004 and after reading for a few months started to plan out my own oasis. Good to see you continuing on the tradition. LOve those fall colours inside your cab.

I use a multi-voltage AC/DC wall wart to power my fans giving the added advantage of speed control if desired. Not nessesary though as I leave mine on 12V all the time.

I don't have a separate thread for this new Flo grow but will post weekly updat pics at:

The Flo are from DJ Sjort and are a 7 week strain which for a predomanantly Sativa with such desireable taste, smell and high is great in my books!

I'll leave you with some recent pics of a single Shiskberry after the chop a couple of weeks ago. 8-9 Oz. came off of her and are currently curing.
