great news tankerton, its good to know that kirk and maureen have at least had some conversation about that.

all my properties are zoned Res AG and located out of regular sub divisions. its stupid to expect to be able to grow commercially or even medically when you live in thermalito and have kids playing 10 yards from your plants. unfortunately those people will have to stay in the box.

This is why regulation and licensing is important. I think m the 10x 10 is fine for personal. The new regulations say specialty (up to 5000 sq ft) and small (up to 10,000 ft) will have no limit on the amount of licenses the state will approve. Hopefully Butte gets their shit together after this disaster.

This will make it much easier to curtail illegal (aND often times unethical) grows.

code enforcement is STILL OUT and about….just heard from a friend that letters were left on several gates in concow area.

so god damn silly….these fucking gardens will be abated real soon. are they giving out notices hoping that the landowners deny entry, so then they can go in with inspection warrants and uncover a trim scene and 100s of LBs for criminal?

are those charges even sticking if the source was an inspection warrant? i havent heard of any of the results of their early cases this year.

A friend saw three code enforcement cars and three sheriffs headed to Berry Creek yesterday morning, but I haven't heard from anyone who they hassled.

Someone cut down two of my plants last week. It must have been during the night, because he left a pair of flip flops next to the fence. I was angry, but it doesn't make sense that a guy would be so mad that he imagined the thieves deserved to die. Since the growers are in deep shit, and the thieves are dead, five lives f**ked.

thats interesting because alot of the "we didn't get hit at all" guys are all in B creek….i know they hit a bunch of properties out there but most seem to have been centered around Kathy Cahoon's residence. but yeah i know a few folks out that way who managed to stay unscathed same with feather falls too.

Friends tell me that they are pulling over cars coming down the hill from Berry Creek. It seems odd that they can pull a car over without probable cause. Don't they have to stop every car, or every third car or something? Can they pull you over if you've got dreads, or drive a pickup?

yea i have heard several reports of CHP and other police agencies posted at the base of green bridge. its absolutely fucking insane that they are able to profile and pull over multiple cars. whats the legality of this bullshit, do we live in fucking nazi germany? WHATS THE PROBABLE CAUSE??

i actually drove up that ways in a clean car with a camera to see if they tried pulling that shit on me but by 10am the checkpoint was gone. it was first reported at 8am so they weren't out there long. this was about 4 days ago.
