yea some good court case rulings in other counties will help embolden the fight here....the BOS feels set in stone because of live oak and seem to think the fresno/lake rulings wont affect them. maybe if yuba wins and goes back to green, butte will see how they are blowing a million a year instead of generating permit revenue and change their mind....i dont know! im tempted to sell my butte spots and just hold my yuba spot.

code enforcement was out again today in east oroville around the same area off old olive highway they hit months earlier. also spotted on Oro Bangor hwy around noon, only one SUV no sheriff escort.

has anyone else seen them lately? are they still riding caravan with a sheriff escort? im trying to figure out if their funding is short so they are skipping the escorts for now.

acreage in the foothills has crashed considerably, which is one of my spots, i can sell for what i bought it for on paper but will never recoup the untold tens of thousands that were invested into water storage, grading, upgrades, etc.... but i got another spot in a suburban subdivision that miraculously went up in value since i bought it…i am gonna hold one of the properties just because i got some solid non growing tenants there now to cover the mortgage…but sucks since we put a fucking ton of $$ in there to grow and we can't even run a damn 50sq ft medical grow because they made the permitting process impossible...

foothills are in the dumps though, homie has a decent 5acre spot with a 3bdrm house, multiple outbuildings and garages, a nicely built greenhouse and 400 gallon pots outside and its been on the market for 180-200 since spring…hasn't moved. any properties that were grow properties are in the toilet….but the upward trend of CA real estate has somewhat helped the normal residential suburban properties retain value…

its fucking bullshit though, because in calaveras county right now 5 acre spots are going for 250k+ because the county is grow friendly. such a huge difference and all related to pot…FUCK measure A supporters i hope they all croak….lets vote to devalue our properties and kill the lifeblood of our shitty meth riddled county! I had 10 acres in Yuba in escrow for 79000 until I backed out when it became clear they were changing the ordinance. They are askin 42 for same property today

yuba shouldn't even be that low because their enforcement is no where near butte. butte is at 1000 properties this year, thats roughly 1-3 to half of all the gardens in the county. yuba is no where near that ratio so its still relatively safe to grow.

was checking out butte before i read about all the ordinace and code enforcement illegaly searching properties...thats real shitty of the bos whats the point on the vote if these jerk supervisors just gonna pull this emergency ordinance crap . Had been checking out Modoc but will now include calaveras into that list. Presently in madera county there are feds crawling all over they all knocking out grows left and right showing up with trailers to haul it away and seizing equipment and not arresting anybody.They are handcuffing people and driving them around stressing them out trying to get them to share who is the boss as well as any other grow properties.Basically alot of illegal guantaanamo shite,they have people handcuffed under threat trying to erxtract info from them like take me to where you live so we can confirm you actually have belongings there..yeah really fukt up.Sheriffs out here are cool county ordinace in 250 a plant fine but they are not on a super seek and destroy mission like the feds around here the sheriffs got enough to worry about with all the meth and alcohol and crazy rednecks.

Word of mouth is enough to scare people off. Back in winter time, one agent came to a BOS meeting and said he had 8 properties all lined up to sell and then one by one they all dropped out and said they wanted to see how the ordinance would go. Al up at yuba feather reality has been to a few of our meetings, I know he's pissed.

I'm just curious how direct the tie to the bos from the corrupt rich assholes is. I mean does the bos members really comprehend what they are doing, or was a favor just called in? Straight fu king idiots I swear I want to run for district 5. Would be awesome to get paid by the county to go around to different meetings held by all sorts of groups around the county. I could get paid to be am activist and actually give a shit and make things better. Sounds like a dream!

Someone told me Charnel sent every code enforcement officer a personal letter saying that they would be sued if they continued to trespass on her clients property..... i also think they are shifting their resources to illegal trespass grows, most of the busts in last few weeks were of that nature. i think feather falls and berry creek might be due for a big sweep though, just my gut feeling..

They have been flying berry creek for a while. Probs like the last three weeks we have been watching the copter from our ridge. They also haven't gone full retard in forest ranch yet. Prop are they still not listing in sheriff log? Prop have they given you any permits? They haven't given us any info whatsoever on our case or violations. I think we will see admin hearings scheduled after Labor Day. We have been noticing the copter going to specific properties in our area circling, turning sideways so they can take pics ( low enough we can see someone photographing in hi) then off to another specific property and out. It's been happening for last two weeks
