Sour Bubble in the OTF.

Structure is remarkably similar to indoor, as opposed to SWT1.1 which is quite different.

Sour Bubble:

SWT 1.1

SOUR BUBBLE/notes

SOUR BUBBLE/notes

Originally Sour Bubble was termed by BOG as Super Bubblegum or Sour Bubblegum. As stated prior attempts at breeding what BOG claimed were the parental stock[White Label Bubblegum] signally failed to produce either Bogbubble or a Super Bubblegum.

Later information after BOGs exodus from BOG himself seemed to indicate that in fact something else had been used to produce both.

In one instance a 'afghan' was publically claimed to have enetered the picture. But to our knowledge was never repeated or officially claimed.

We just dont know.

But last year there was some info that again suggested the 'afghan'.

One thing is clear, from a private communication to BOG , was that as Bog said 'It WAS NOT Bubba Kush'

with a smilie attached.

This was Bog s way of saying to me that Bubba was wrong but another afghan may not.

Therefore the higher density flower structure and trichomes may come from the more typical structures associated with Afghan Kush type plants which were often bred for hashish production and would need more trichomes to do so.

This would explain many anomalies found in SOUR BUBBLE and BOGBUBBLE.

What it does not explain is the polyploid fingerprint found in the protein DNA profile.

I've always been interested in bogs gear. Sour bubble and grape punch especially. Ever since I started my interest in growing back on OG. Its too bad he doesnt make seeds anymore

I did find a site that sold seeds from supposed plan b and bog. Has all his strains up for sale it seemed. I dunno if its legit though.

Very good SW!
Thanks for the background info.

I agree that BOG's response to you seems to suggest another Afghan...

Enjoy your break!

hello, i'm new to all of this, but I respect your and bog's ideology in regards to genetics. I'm Glad to see people preserving these special genetics. I look forward to learning more about this sour bubble plant!
Thank You

hey southwind been following your work and its great keep it up, i wish you would sell some seeds of sourbubble because i'd be all over that. but since its rather impossible for me to get seeds from your special project, i will be going with plan b(pun intended). so southwind do you think they offer a reliable replica of bogs sourbubble? or should i maybe wait till grindhouse releases more?

thanks for the time
