lol... yeah, it's finally coming together. I had some snags, but I think I've figured it out. I feel better having things up and running again.

System is so rad! I'm think about switching to something like this, low plant number FTW. Can't wait to see some buds.

Do it bro! I've tried working with 200+ plants before... I didn't like it much. I'm better at growing larger plants, and giving them all the attention they need. That, and I sleep better at night! lol...

so, lots going on in my life lately. I just told my mom that I grow marijuana for a job. ha ha! If you guys knew my mom, you would understand this was a huge deal. I feel so much better though. I don't think I should have to keep this a secret from my parents. I am legal ya know!

I finally found a new property to house my girls. I move in next month. I've been sharing all the equipment I've been buying... the DRIZAIR 200, the Aqua Logic 1/4hp chiller, controllers... 3 more 600w lumatek ballasts... Well today I completed the shopping list. I spent 2x as much as I planned, so I think I'll skip the vacation for a while... I have to make sure this operation gets up and running.

Thanks bro... I'll try and get some updates soon. There hasn't been much to see, the girls are stretching...

I ended up cutting up the drip line into individual sections and connecting them between bins with 90* elbows. That took all the kinks right out. Then I found out the little 180gph pumps couldn't handle 2x the amount of drippers, so I had to order some bigger pumps... I have 4 500gph mag drive pumps coming from another supplier, other than what I just ordered...

I feel as if I am hemorrhaging money right now... Caregiving aint cheap.

2 1800w pods on a flip, 2 fans for each pod, 32 plants a pod, 8" exhaust and a 6" intake for the lung room. I'm also going to add a 3rd 1800w pod, and run 8 RDWC buckets, for a total of 72 plants. I'll exhaust that pod into the lung room as well... That's why I got the extra big exhaust for the lung room. The RDWC will be done last however, b/c total crop failure is easy... I can't mess up coco.

PS-just a thought, but you might want to think about adding a little alcholol to the water instead of salt to avoid scale buildup in the radiator. It will also keep it from freezing.

lol, I think the alcohol would evaporate... Not a bad idea though, drop a 1/2 gallon of everclear in a sealed system.

I can't say the vacation is canceled. I still have time to have a little fun, I just don't have the spare change to take a trip to Colombia right now. I need to have an emergency fund, or I won't sleep well at night. So I'll hit the tanning booth and go snowboarding... ha ha... I have a lot of work to do starting next month.

So I've seen a lot of peeps asking about trimming.. "what should I trim in a vert setup?"

Really, the question should be "what should I leave/not trim in a vert setup?" lol

And the girl decided she wanted to make a sign for the space ship... lol She won't be decorating at the new spot, b/c I'll be the only one that ever goes there.

oh, and one last comment... When I was loading up the plants, I lost a pair of fiskars! lol... I spent like an hour looking all over that 6x6 pod for my fiskars... Finally I found them a week later after cleaning up the plants... It's gonna be a jungle in there in another couple weeks. Good thing I've got the drippers fixed, cause I won't be going inside much longer!

Thanks... I try to remind myself that I have a harvest just a few weeks away as I'm spending thousands of $... lol I won't be hitting the 6lb mark this run, but that's alright. It's madness in there! So many different strains. I'll be mono-cropping the different levels in the future.
