I tried my hardest to get this new room built.. but I only have so much energy and there are only so many hours in the day before I go under the knife... I've been gutting this area of the house out, and found that it's not nearly as bad as what I've already torn apart. It has insulation and proper joists and studs and everything!

They just built a house out of a shack... I mean WTF, why do people put nice new construction on top of shit that needs to be tore up? It's a bunch of lazy bullshit...

USD clones vegging away... They can use the extra veg anyway now that I had to treat them for mites...

bobblehead's real estate empire is going to be put on hold after this house. This shit isn't easy, and I can't imagine it's going to get any easier working on 2 houses... I started something before I decided to start buying houses, and I need to finish it. I'm going to get this place dialed in so that I only have to be there once a week, and focus my attention on school. My path to success has been laid out in front of me and I have another 4 years to invest in that endeavor. I'm literally going to be running a hospital one day. Bet on it. I don't think the Real Estate market is coming back anytime soon honestly... I learned enough about finance to know that the dynamics of our economy are changing, and we're not going to see a surge in growth anytime soon. I'll be able to pick up buying houses down the road, and hire contractors to do the work for me... Most growers wish they had medical benefits, a 401k, retirement matching, stock options, etc etc...

That being said... I have a perfect grow house in a discreet location... You'll probably slide off the road if you try and go there night now. My truck about did and I have 4x4... and now I can rent an apt and put on the facade of a broke student just working enough to get through school...

You are totally right in that one bro, this shit aint easy, but it is worth it in the long run for those of us who are dedicated and willing to do it Going through it myself right now...

School is the way to go and don't work at busting up your body I have 6 rentals they a full time job and if you have a pay check coming in it's a lot easier to dump your grow if you get hot.

I never planned on quitting school... But it took me a minute before I found a better use of the next 2 years of my life, while i'm waiting to enter my program.. I'm gonna be adding some more letters to the end of my name. There's only 2 things you should go into debt for, that's a house and your education. Everything else decreases in value as soon as you take ownership..

in my last thread, I got the impression maybe some ppl thought I was on a get rich quick scheme, b/c I plan on scaling down my grow in 4 years. I can understand where they're coming from, but I never intended on being a career grower. Growing is what I do and not who I am.. I just don't want to leave school owing the government $100,000, and having no place to live... Talk about starting out behind the 8-ball. You leave school to find there is no job waiting for you, and you have to now pay for the last 5 years of your education, along with putting a roof over your head and food in your face... Move home? Yeah right...

I'm on the anything but get rich quick plan. I'm on the investing in my future so that I don't have to work to live the rest of my life plan.. Unfortunately nobody spells that plan out to you, and sometimes you have to make mistakes and be free of distractions to figure it all out.

a day late and a dollar short... but I appreciate the well wishes bro. I know you were praying for me early. I slept all day yesterday b/c of how doped up I was. The fuckin nurse was excited thinking she was gonna get to dress me... I hopped up out of bed and put my own damned clothes on with one arm... Then I got dizzy and sat back down. lol... Had she been a hot 20 or 30 something the situation might have been different...

lol... Yeah, they're gonna start receiving money orders in the next few months... and then I'm paying cash for the next 2 degrees... My money will be my money when I start working full time. That's the only way to ensure ethical decisions, not being dependent on one source of income. If I don't like what I have to do at my job, I'll walk. I don't ever want to be a slave to the man again. He can have his money back.

Yesterday typing sucked... I had a nerve block so I couldn't feel my arm at all... had to do everything with one hand. So many typos to go back and edit. lol.. but nothing can keep me away from you guys! I'm feeling really good today. Could be the codeine.

Yeah man, it's messed up how the system works... but for me to see through the crooked bullshit and actually care about what I'm doing... I have to be in healthcare.
